A great place to come relax and enjoy Santa Fe!
Located 6 miles from downtown Santa Fe, on a private 5 acre lot in a small valley, this house is perfect for an artist or a group who wants to be in the beautiful quiet mountains yet near Santa Fe's tourist attractions. A 15 minute drive from downtown in a secure gated community off Double Arrow Road, this 1700 square foot house is just the place to relax! (1.5 miles of it is a dirt road so you want a 4 wheel drive in the winter when there's snow!) French doors surround the living room with an 18 foot ceiling and skylights making it well lit and spacious. Fireplaces in the living room and master bedroom keep you cozy in the winter, along with radiant heat throughout the floors. The bathroom has a clawfoot tub with a shower above it. We have our own well meaning clean healthy water!
Step outside the house you can go on great little hikes. At night see the stars like you've never seen them if you live in the city. There is very little landscaping around the house but it won't stop you from sleeping like an angel!
Santa Fe's a great little city, if you need any info on where to visit, to eat, which galleries to see, let me know, I'm an artist here and can tell you all the best places.
Pet friendly :)
Call me from the gate on North Double Arrow Road, scroll to Catherine Maziere.
