Restored 18th century listed building in the most central part of the charming Albaicin, a UNESCO world heritage site. 300m from Plaza Nueva, 800m from the Alhambra. Spectacular views of the Alhambra. Terrace. Secure parking available on request. On site housekeeper.

This apartment has lovely views south of the Alhambra & Sierra Nevada mountains. Its has private roof top terrace with furniture for dinning or relaxing in the sun and admiring the views. There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size double bed and Arabic bath to soak in after a hard day sight seeing or skiing. The second bedroom has twin beds. A cot with comfortable mattress is available on request. The terrace is accessed via a spiral staircase from the living room. The living room also has views south of Alhambra and the mountains and a small balcony.

The renovation has aimed to fuse 18th century charm with 21st century comfort and style, the apartment has air-conditioning, heating, free WiFi internet access, a powerful shower with limitless hot water a TV & DVD player.

A high chair or hair dryer are available on request.

Private parking space 150m from the apartment which needs to be reserved and costs 15 euros per day. Public parking arranged 40 euros per week.

Our house keeper lives in the same building which means you can arrive at any time that suits you and during your stay the house keeper is easily contactable for advice or help. On the day of departure arrangements for left luggage or catching a taxi can be made with the house keeper.

Located in the Albaicin, the old Moorish quarter of Granada which is a UNESCO world heritage site. The apartment is about as close to the city centre as possible whilst still being in the charming Albaicin.
The central yet quiet location means you are a short walk from all the sites, numerous bars & restaurants and the main shopping district. We provide our guests with our own restaurant and tapas bar guide.

As the apartments are in the old town with narrow cobbled lanes they can be difficult to find without our directions. If you decide to proceed with the reservation please let us know how you are traveling to Granada (bus, train, plane or car) and send us your email address so we can send you the relevant directions.

Arriving by car
The apartment is accessible by car at any time of day without an access pass which is quite unusual for the Albaicin. We have a private parking space 150m from the apartment which costs 15 euros per day / 80 euros per week and needs to be reserved. Public parking can be arranged 40 euros per week.

Arriving by bus or train
The easiest way to get from the bus or train station to the apartments is by taxi. If you are arriving by bus or train we will email you a map to show the taxi driver how to drive here.

Arriving by plane
If you are flying into Granada or Malaga airport we can arrange for our driver to pick you up.

The Albaicin is quite a hilly district with cobbled streets and steps therefore its not really a suitable location for people with mobility problems.

As the apartments are in the old town with narrow cobbled lanes they can be difficult to find without our directions.

No smoking. No parties. The house keeper and other people live in the same building so please be considerate of them and don´t disturb them with noise etc. Please take care of the apartment dont damage or dirty it unnecessarily, in particular make sure children dont draw on the walls. Pets cannot be left alone in the apartment. A damage deposit of 100€ may be required and is returned the day of departure.
