This large studio features a Queen "pillow-top" bed, seating area w/ an ottoman which folds out to a twin bed. Spacious kitchenette equipped w/ mini fridge, microwave, builtin cook-top, coffee maker & kitchen-wares. Balcony offers an Ocean View & building offers secured entry access. Public parking close by & FREE WIFI too!

Studio comes with Free Wifi and Cable TV, twin pull-out (from ottoman) for a 3rd guest. On the balcony, enjoy coffee, breakfast or lunch with a beautiful view of the ocean. We do provide starter toiletries which include make up towelettes, shampoo, conditioner,soap, an extra toilet roll & paper towel roll.

This property is elevator accessible and the building has secured entry access.

We are always available when our guests have requests or need information about what to see and do. Please stop in our office located on the ground floor of Kuhio Village (Hours of Operation: M-F 9:30 am-4:30 pm, S-S 11am-2pm) at 2463 Kuhio Ave next to the security desk.

Location, Location, Location! We are in the middle of it all.

Much to see and do in Waikiki. The World’s most famous beach is just two short blocks away. Watch the sunsets from nearly any vantage point along the beach and see the Friday night fireworks from the Hilton Hawaiian Village. The nearby neighborhood includes several major hotels and numerous large and small restaurants and nightclubs that cater to every nationality. Ask the kamaaina (locals) for their tips. The Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center and other “World Class Shopping” may be found on Kalakaua Avenue (the street fronting the beach). A few blocks away you will find famous Kapiolani park and the Waikiki Shell, Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, Diamond Head, golfing and many tennis courts.

TRANSPORTATION - AIRPORT to WAIKIKI:
SHUTTLES - reserve online or request at airport - one way or round trip tickets available and they can take 30 - 45 minutes on average. There are many Honolulu Airport Shuttles to and from Waikiki - $20 & up per person on average.
PUBLIC BUS (no large bags)- $2.50 take #19 or #20, to Waikiki- Kuhio Ave reads WAIKIKI BEACH and can take 60 - 75 mins on average.
TAXI- will run $30 - $45 and will be the fastest, most direct route.
RENTING A CAR - good to best explore Oahu's North Shore, Kailua Beach and/or shopping Outlets. You can rent a car from the airport or from Waikiki (Enterprise and Alamo car rentals are 1 block away). If you have to park a car, expect to spend $20-$25 per day to park the car as free street side parking is hard to find/get. BEWARE of Tow Trucks!

Please provide your flight arrival information (flight # and arrival time) so we can plan for your arrival to Waikiki and get you checked in.

Per community house rules, all guests must register on-site with a valid photo id or passport required for all guests in the unit. VISITORS are not permitted un-escorted above the lobby level. Security card key activity is monitored and serves the purpose to provide extra security. Use of card key is reserved for paying Guests or Residents only and may not be used to allow access to anyone else. FAILURE to comply with the building rules will result in violations and fines which you will be responsible.
In general, all guests, residents & visitors are asked to be a good neighbor and to comply with the following building rules:

-No smoking in the unit or in the common areas of the building.
-Loud music or TV playback is generally not allowed.
-Items may never hang over or from the lanai ledge.
-Trash chutes are located on each floor - please tie your bags prior to releasing down the shoot so you do not cause a clog. If you have items too large for the trash chute, please use the dumpsters located in the garage.
-Intoxicated behavior in any common area is prohibited.
Unaccounted key cards will incur a $100 charge per card missing or damaged.

Additionally, all guests are also asked to leave the room in order during their stay, report any leaks or damages immediately, and asked to not leave food out, unsealed or in the trash as this will attract bugs into the unit; units are on routine bug control however we ask that you do not feed them or the BIRDS :)
Do not place anything other than toilet paper into the toilet or you will cause a clog. Please do NOT dispose female products, “flushable wipes”, or baby wipes in the toilet or you could be responsible to pay the plumbing bill.
Upon checking out, leave all dirty towels in the bathtub or in the laundry basket. The cleaning fee will take care of general cleaning and laundry but please make sure the unit is not “trashed” or excessively dirty with trash, sand or dishes otherwise additional cleaning may be charged against your deposit. Do NOT bring sand into the unit or into the bathroom. Sand will clog the drains and you may be responsible should a plumber be called to remove the clog.

I had a wonderful stay at the Seashore building! It was budget friendly yet had everything my friends and I needed to be comfortable. The close proximity to the beach and to the main strip of Waikiki was a big benefit. Mahalo!

The location is perfect! Only a block away from Waikiki Beach, with a balcony view of the ocean! The ladies at Hawaii Dream Reality are extremely nice and accommodating!

This place is centrally located and that's about the only positive thing I can say. The apartment is located in a very old building and is only the size of a motel room. The people congregating around the surf shop on the corner next door didn't impress me, felt a bit seedy. I won't be coming back to this place.

Absolutely incredible experience working with you all! The room itself was a bit smaller than expected, but it was truly everything we needed for our stay in Waikiki. Staff responded immediately and went above and beyond in several ways. I couldn't recommend THEM any more highly.

We are a TEAM of professionals who manage individually owned condo apartments for the owners when they aren't using them within several different condo / hotel buildings in Waikiki. We offer a range of accommodations types from small studio apartments (with or without kitchenettes) to 2 bedroom residences with full kitchens.

We want your stay to be an enjoyable one and finding the right match for you is key. As a general guideline, there are many different types of buildings and hotel-type of arrangements. For those doing Hawaii on a budget, studios offer the best of both worlds providing a clean, private place to stay within walking distance to the BEACH at affordable prices (vary for upgrades, views, cooking abilities). For those looking for nicer or larger accommodations, then you should target $150/night off season to $250/night peak season (vary for upgrades, views, cooking abilities, building amenities, parking included). If you are looking for an Ocean-front experience, then target $350- $400/night and for a luxury experience, $500 to over $1000/night. Hawaii offers something for everyone at every price point!

Our vacation rental units are privately owned and managed. We offer an alternative to the hotel experience allowing our guests to “live like a local” in paradise whether be for a few days, a few weeks or a few months. Our units are well maintained, repaired when necessary and treated routinely with pest control services. We try not to interrupt our guests during their stay, and if the unexpected happens, we do our best to resolve it quickly with the least inconvenience to our guests. Upon arrival, we try to meet all our guests personally to register, check-in, and answer any questions. And if you’re running late don’t worry, we can make arrangements no matter the hour and register you in the office the next day.

Stop by our real estate office, ground floor of Kuhio Village (between lobby doors and public parking ramp, off the sidewalk), any time. We are there daily to assist and share this incredibly beautiful island, local eateries, activities and entertainment found in Waikiki and around the island.
