Large, bright double bedroom. The sunny lounge has a sofa and sofa bed to accommodate an additional one or two guests.

We were a couple and a friend (who used the opening sofa in the living room) and had a lovely one night stay in this flat. Helen was very available and communicated quickly. Very recommended!

Helen was great at keeping in touch during our stay and Mike gave us a great welcome. Conveniently located by bus stops and Haymarket station. Great base for the Festival.

Great little apartment about 25-30 minutes walk from the centre of Edinburgh. Helen and Mike were welcoming and helpful and the apartment had everything we needed for our 4 night stay for the fringe festival.

Helen is the greatest host. I arrived in 11pm accirding to the flight time. She waited us and explained something and operated boiler. And for my meeting in tomorrow morning, she leaded me to bus stop and teached how to take bus. And she gave me the detail information about highland and skye island. Thank Helen for interesting and helping again.

Helen is a friendly and very helpful host. The flat is in a quiet location and within easy walking distance of the city centre. The flat was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we needed, including a washing machine (such a boon after having been travelling for a while). The local restaurants we tried were excellent; and there was a choice of supermarkets nearby for grocery staples. We really enjoyed our stay.
