Fine Art House is located on 10 acres nestled in the hills of south central Pennsylvania just minutes away from downtown York and is owned and operated by a retired professional photographer. Surrounded by woods and horse pastures, peace and quiet is abundant. Every room is an art gallery filled with fine art canvas. This is a full size home with everything on the same level (no stairs). There are 3 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, living room (with a flat screen TV, Dish Network including HBO/Cinamax and DVD player), dining room, full kitchen (with dishwasher, side by side refrigerator and stove), laundry room with washer and dryer, enclosed sun porch, and an outdoor deck with a gas grill and table and chairs. Centrally located, Fine Art House is convenient to a multitude of activities. Just 10 minutes south is York, the first capital of the United States. York is the home of Harley Davidson, the York Revolution baseball team, and the countries oldest county fair which is held in September. We also cater to horse people. If you have horses, bring them with you. We can board your horses during your trip. Whatever your reason is for staying with us, we will do our best to make sure that it's an enjoyable one!
Guest access is through my studio entrance off the deck located at the side of the house. I live on the lower floor and have my own private entrance down in back of the house.

Wifi is available for $15.00/gigabyte of data which is my cost. I can only receive wifi through my Verizon phone service and unlimited data is not an option which is why I must charge for wifi. Guests that need wifi will have possession of the "wifi card" and can monitor their own data usage. There are also "wifi hotspots" nearby. Cell phone service is great here so you can still get email and surf the net if you have a smart phone.

I am a retired professional photographer. I love photographing just about anything and everything with an emphasis on nature and landscape photography. Today I enjoy traveling (with camera in hand of course), sightseeing, horseback riding and simple pleasures in general. When not out and about, you'll find me taking care of the property or just sitting in my favorite lounge chair and enjoying the peacefulness here.
