Coolangatta is littered with gorgeous cafes and beaches with walking trails wrapping around Greenmount Hill connecting the beach to Rainbow Bay and offers the perfect spot for whale watching at the top of the Point Danger hill.

Set out over two levels this holiday home is ideal for the extended family as downstairs is self-contained, perfect for a grandparents' or parents retreat. Opening the glass sliding doors on either level will allow a lovely sea breeze to sail through the house.

Oozing a french rustic and boutique design the moment you step inside you will be instantly relaxed and feel right at home. The comfy lounges, both upstairs and downstairs, centre around a coffee table enabling everyone to engage and spend time together playing board games or enjoying a cup of coffee as the sun sets.

The lower level has private access which is perfect for a romantic weekend away for two.

This property is located in a residential area and Parties, Functions, Weddings and Schoolies are strictly prohibited.

The renovated french rustic style kitchen is fully equipped for all your holiday needs. The gas stove top and dishwasher will make cooking and cleaning a breeze so you can spend more time lazing by the pool or exploring all the Gold Coast has to offer. The island bench allows for friends and family to gather together as the cook preps

ENTERTAINMENT AND LIVING AREAS
Dual living areas provide plenty of space for everyone. The comfy lounges are inviting to nestle in and read a good book or sit together with a deck of cards. The glass doors open up to the balcony upstairs and the pool area downstairs.

Alongside the pool is an outdoor lounge suite and a shady gazebo to soak up the sun and enjoy dipping in and out of your private pool.

As the sun sets the you will have views across Coolangatta and over the sparkling in ground pool.

MEET AND GREET SERVICE

This home is privately owned and let by Corporate Boardies who are local residents and licenced offsite real estate agents.

We meet and greet all our guests that book with us directly at the front entrance of the property, show you your holiday home, offer face-to-face explanation about the property and location and then personally hand you the keys.

You wont have to wait at the reception desk to check in/out or collecting keys from outside agents as we go to you. Onsite reception desks are not available for guests booking with us, however if you need any assistance during your stay, we are only a phone call away.

Our own Corporate Boardies team of housekeepers keep each property immaculate.

As we are registered real estate agents, you can be sure that your money is safe, as all deposit monies are held in trust.

CHECK IN / OUT

Check-in time is not before 2pm (NSW time) on the arrival date and check out time is not later than 10am (AEST) on departure date.
Late departure is subject to prior arrangement and availability and extra charges will apply.
You must notify Management of expected arrival time and a mobile contact number at least 1 day before arrival.

Check-in/check-out and key collection/return procedure will be as follows unless special arrangements have been made prior to arrival.

Guests are to advise 24 hours prior to arrival an estimated time of arrival at the resort or holiday home address so that the property manager can meet them at the front entrance of the resort/or property to show them to their apartment/home. Special arrangements will be made for arrivals after 6pm (NSW Daylight saving time).

Corporate Boardies are located centrally in Kingscliff. We are available 7 days a week via phone and email so we are only a phone call away. Once we personally hand you the keys we leave you to settle in and unwind so you won't see us until you arrive again next time.

Our weekend at Ballow Beach House Coolangatta was great! We had 4 adults and 3 children staying. Two adults and 3 children on one floor and 2 adults on the ground floor. The beds were very comfortable and we all enjoyed outperform stay very much! Arna was very helpful and answered all our questions.

Great house & location would stay again however, wld be great if the spa was working and the fan & TV in lounge upstairs were connected & working otherwise great
