Beautiful Tallebudgera Echo Beach is a 5 minute walk, just around the corner!

Large bright and sunny fully renovated 3 bedroom house with open plan living and kitchen in the quiet and very popular Koala Park. New carpets in bedrooms, matt tiled flooring in living spaces. 3 large bedrooms: A king size bed in the main bedroom, a single bed in the second bedroom and a king size mattress on the floor in the 3rd bedroom if desired. All very comfortable sealy posturepedic mattresses.

Nice and quiet, tucked away from the main street. Reverse cycle air conditioner in the lounge room.

Beautiful and very large renovated kitchen with gas cooktop, quality appliances and stone bench tops.

Bathroom with a shower and bath. Washing machine in laundry.

Large sparkling inground pool, lawns and covered area out the back and a covered bamboo courtyard out the front to enjoy your morning coffee.

Kid friendly. We can provide some toys if requested. Ground floor and a playground at the end of the street.

All rooms in the house are available to guests except the garage. Please note that we may need to access the garage during your stay, however this is at the front of the property and we will not need to enter the house or disturb your stay. Some cupboards and shelves are allocated for guest use, and others are owners and for private use, these are clearly labelled.

We will be nearby if needed during your stay but will leave you to yourself to enjoy the house and the area.

Walk to Tallebudgeera Creek where it meets the sea, a very sheltered beach (Echo Beach) and still waters for kids or just relaxing. A 5 minute walk, at the end of the street and around the corner.

At the end of the street is a playground, general store and Cafe "The Hidden Perk" which has tasty and well-priced food and coffee. $3 milk shakes for the kids and $8.50 bacon and eggs.

World famous Burleigh Beach is a 15 minute walk.
Burleigh has wonderful esplanade areas with many playgrounds, grassed areas for picnics, coffee shops, and every option for food you can think of. The Burleigh Surf Life Saving Club is a 15 minute walk, looking over the main beach and across the road from the famous 5 star Fish House Restaurant. There are many activities in this area apart from just enjoying the wonderful beach and the best view of the gold coast skyline.

The Beach enjoys dual popularity with those who like to swim in her protected waters and those who love to surf around the headland. On a day when it might be a little choppy everywhere else along the Coast, you can bet your bottom dollar there’s a protected corner at Burleigh in which to dip.

Access to Burleigh Heads National Park is at the end of the street (next to Gold Coast highway/Echo Beach. The lookout points have amazing views of the north and south of the gold coast. There are up and down tracks for a leisurely walk or those who want a bit more of a climb.

You can do surf lessons, paddle boards, kayaking, bike hire, visit the local David Fleay Wildlife Park or famous Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary or everything else that the gold coast has to offer such as Surfers Paradise & theme parks.

Burleigh is also one of the best places to eat on the gold coast with lots of unique local cafes and restaurants (great sushi, pizza, indian, vegetarian, falafel, seafood, mexican, fish and chips). The main street, James St, has many small boutique shops gifts & clothing as well as fruit and veg, a butcher, supermarket, bulk food health store and fine food store. It is approx 15minute walk.

Bus stop very close by. Car hire on the gold coast is very inexpensive. Carport area (off street parking) is available for you to use and there is plenty of street parking out the front of the house

Please be mindful that this is a residential area and be respectful of other nearby residents. Noise level is expected to be minimal, there are plenty of great night spots around if this is your thing. No parties or schoolies. Please provide us with a copy of your drivers license after booking. Pets are allowed but please discuss with us when booking.
Minimum 2 night booking.

1. Checkin 3pm, Checkout 10am.
2. No shoes or sand in the house.
3. Please water the garden if you stay for longer than 2 nights.
4. Leave the house clean and tidy. Cleaning fee covers bathroom, floors and linen only. Other than this the house should be left as you found it.
5. No parties or excess noise. Please note this is a no smoking property.
6. Please do not use excess linen/towels.
7. No glass in the pool area and the pool gate closed at all times.
8. Please note we may need to access the garage during your stay. We can access it from the street so it won't disturb your stay.
9. Please let us know about any damage or breakages or any feedback you have.
10. Enjoy your stay and please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any question at all during your stay. We will be nearby if there are any issues.

A wonderful home from home and Prue was a great host, with thoughtful touches and very accommodating. None of us wanted to leave. Great location close to beach and cafes.

This was a fantastic apartment which was modern, clean and really homely to stay in. We wished we'd been staying longer to make the most of what was close by! The pool was great for the kids too! Prue was great at communicating and the one issue we had after we'd left was dealt with really politely and quickly too.

Prue was super responsive and easy to deal with both in the lead up to our stay and while we were there. Her home was very comfortable, functional and easy - perfect for our family of 2 toddlers! We loved having the pool there and your lawn to play on, and our 3 year old especially loved playing with the toys, riding the bikes and listening to your music! It's a very safe home, and a lovely quick stroll to the end of the street to grab a coffee at the cafe. Prue provided me with absolutely fantastic recommendations of places to eat given our dietary requirements, and we tried almost all of them! She also provided me with maps of the nearest beaches and advised whether we would need a pram for those walks - all super helpful info when preparing to go on holiday with small children. Everything was as promised in the home, and more. We felt very at home and loved the huge kitchen which gives a great communal vibe as the central point of the house. The area seems to be very up and coming with a mix of old-style housing and a slew of new modern beach houses - we enjoyed going for walks and seeing how it was changing and imagining how different it would be in 10 years time!

Good spot. Very child friendly house and the extra toys were a bonus. Pretty simple place but did the job.

Great place that meets all your needs in a super location. The house is so easy a great open plan with easy living and very low maintenance. Perfect for families looking to relax.
