Situated in the picturesque and unspoiled town of Colonia Sant Pere, just off the bay of Alcudia, the property acts as a real retreat for holiday makers looking to kick back and relax in tranquil settings. Still largely undeveloped the village has retained its authentic and natural beauty, making it a wonder for those seeking a bit of peace.
Enjoy waking up and breakfasting to stunning sea views from your own private terrace before taking a refreshing dip or lounging by the pool taking in the summer sun. Whatever your penchant for relaxation, this apartment surely will cater to that.
The property accommodates up to 6 guests over 2 double bedrooms, 1 with double bed and 1 with twin bunk beds, communal pool, generous terrace space, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and living area with all mod cons. There is also parking on the premises making it extremely handy for those with rental cars.

Although a fairly new build, this property has managed to capture an authentic mediterranean feel with wooden beams, tiled floors and typically Mallorcan features running throughout, enhancing that holiday feel for guests.
It is located on a plot of properties facing the seafront, allowing for fantastic sea views and sunsets.
A communal pool allows for guests to enjoy refreshing dips during the hot summer weather and loungers are provided for basking under the Mallorcan sun, a perfect solution to keep the children occupied and the adults happy!
The property has the capacity to accommodate 6 guests in total over two double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed, double wardrobes, windows with views over the communal grounds, air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom with twin wash basins, semi bath tub with overhead shower, WC, bidet, large mirror, fresh clean towels and basic bathing essentials such as shampoo, shower gel and soap, free of charge.
The second bedroom hosts 4 over twin bunk beds, suited very well for families with children.
There is a 2nd bathroom with walk in shower, WC, mirror, wash basin, fresh clean towels and complimentary bathing essentials.
Moving on to the living space, we have an open plan style living room and kitchen with a practical and spacious layout accessing the terrace and allowing for breeze and light to float in.
The living room has 2 comfortable sofas surrounding a little movable coffee table, plasma TV, windows with views looking out over the communal grounds, typical wood burning fire for the colder months and Wifi.
To the right we have the kitchen which is long in layout and fully equipped with all the essential cooking appliances and mod cons necessary for effortless catering and comfort, including pots, pans, plates, cutlery, glassware, fridge/freezer, oven, vitro hob, coffee maker, kettle, microwave and other basic cooking utensils. There is a breakfast bench separating the living area and kitchen which also acts as great space for cooking prep.
Moving outside to the private terrace space, guests will be wowed by stunning coastal views to be enjoyed all day round from morning until sunset. Dine al fresco on warm summer evenings on one of two dining tables seating up to 6 or take leisurely breakfasts in the morning while the kids rush off to the pool.
The terrace space remains private enclosed with shrubberies and both shade and light is provided.
The pool in communal, shared by other guests and residents to the property but is of a generous size with a stylish layout among palms, plants and sun loungers.

Our team is available on Airbnb App answering messages or phone calls from 7am to 9pm everyday. We will attend to the apartment if anybody needs assistance with anything. One of us will be waiting for you in front of the building at a previously arranged time to hand you the keys and explain details of the accommodation. We are also willing to advise you about shops, restaurants, bars, attractions, beaches etc.

Situated on the North East of Mallorca in the picturesque and unspoiled coastal village of Colonia Sant Pere, just off the bay of Alcudia, the property acts as a real retreat for holiday makers looking to kick back and relax in tranquil settings. Still largely undeveloped the little village has retained its authentic and natural beauty, making it a wonder for those seeking a bit of peace. There are plenty of bars, restaurants and little shops in the town and being part of the municipality of Arta, you also are not far from an ancient market square, wild terrain and cycling routes.
There is a little white sandy beach close by to the harbour with further cafes and restaurants but if you are feeling something a little more lively, take a trip to the bigger beach resort of Can Picafort for more choice.

The property is around an hours drive from Palma airport should you hire a car which is advised due to free parking on the premises and accessibilty and comfort travelling around the island.
Taxis run regularly from the airport and run on tariff and for this route could cost in the region of 70 euros.
To access the main bus terminal in Palma city centre take the number 1 bus from the airport and get off at Plaza España, these routes run every 15 minutes. From Plaza España you have the bus terminal downstairs with routes running all over the island.

Please note that if you arrive before 4pm the cleaner will be still cleaning but you can leave your bags, collect the keys and come back after 4pm.

VERY IMPORTANT: The property is in a RESIDENTIAL district so please do NOT disturb the neighbours by talking too loudly, playing loud music and television, or using high heels etc. THE NEIGHBOURS have our telephone number. In case they call us to interfere in the event we will charge a 300 EUR penalty.

IMPORTANT: If you leave the keys in the lock inside the flat you cannot open it from the outside not even with another key. A locksmith has to be called and costs 80 EUR which guests will incur the costs. In case of losing the keys an administration fee of 30 EUR will be charged on top of the cost for their replacement.

LATE CHECK IN is after 9PM to MIDNIGHT. It costs 20 EUR.
VERY LATE CHECK IN is after MIDNIGHT costs 30 EUR. Payable in cash upon arrival.

We don’t charge EARLY CHECK IN or LATE CHECK OUT. But it is only confirmed if this is possible late the day before. If you want to confirm availability book one EXTRA NIGHT.

ATTENTION: If you stain the towels or bed linen with make up or nail polish you will be charged 15 EUR for its replacement. Please also be aware of flooring and noise when walking in high heels.

THINK OF THE ENVIRONMENT: Please use the air con sparingly and be sure all the windows and doors are closed before turning it on.

Responsible usage of INTERNET data is required due to litigation surrounding illegal downloads etc.

PEACE OF MIND: Only toilet paper can be thrown down the toilet. Do NOT throw any sanitary products, condoms, cigarette butts, etc. That may cause obstruction and an issue during your stay.

Regarding the cleaning please be sure you are SAND FREE when entering the bed.

Please do NOT take bath towels to the beach.

This is a rental property, that means NO TOURISTIC SERVICES ARE PROVIDED such as daily cleaning, reception or breakfast. A rental contract will be signed upon arrival.

You will have to pay for PARKING to park on the BLUE lines from 9am to 2.30pm and from 4.30pm to 8pm from Monday to Friday. Saturday until 2.30pm. Sundays it’s free.
You can PARK FOR FREE on the WHITE lines any day anytime.
YOU CAN NEVER park on the YELLOW lines.

GARBAGE: Dispose of garbage in the big green bins around the city ONLY between the hours of 7PM AND 11PM.

Wir waren von der Unterkunft sehr angetan. Die ausgesprochen schöne Lage, der großzügige Pool und die direkte Nähe zum Meer, großartig!! Die Wohnung verfügt über alles was man braucht, sehr gepflegt, schöner Schnitt und geschmackvolle Ausstattung. Meine Familie und ich haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Kommunikation top!! Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Man sieht das Meer von der Terrasse, es ist alles so wie es sein soll.

Positiv: Die Wohnung war wirklich sehr schön und voll ausgestattet. Es ist wirklich hervorzuheben, wie sauber alles war. Ich war schon in vielen Hotels aber so gut habe ich es noch nie erlebt. Also an dieser Stelle noch einmal ein großes Lob! Auch der Ort ist sehr schön und gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Man muss bis ans Ende der Promenade gehen um die guten Restaurants zu erreichen (es gibt insgesamt etwa 7 Stück direkt am Meer). Es gab im Supermarkt um die Ecke (5 Minuten Fußweg zum Hafen) Brötchen und auch eine Möglichkeit sich mit dem Nötigsten zu versorgen. In der näheren Umgebung gab es einige schöne Wanderwege und auch einen langen Sandstrand. Man muss sich, wenn man aufs Wasser schaut, linker Hand halten und die Küste entlanglaufen (auf dem Wanderweg). Dann kommt man an 2-3 kleineren Stränden vorbei, bis man nach 45 Minuten auf den Hauptstrand stößt. Diesen kann man aber auch in 7 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichen. Negativ: Man brauch grundsätzlich einen Mietwagen wenn man die Wohnung nutzen möchte, da der gesamte Ort infrastrukturell schlecht erschlossen ist. Der Pool ist dem Grunde nach gut angelegt, leider sind die gemeinsam genutzten Liegen und Sonnenschirme schon stark abgenutzt und dadurch nicht wirklich bequem. Man muss den Müll sammeln und dann zum Müllplatz bringen. Leider gab es keinen Grill (das war wirklich das Einzige was fehlte) Fazit: Ich würde jederzeit wieder in diese Wohnung gehen. Es war ein toller Urlaub, in einer tollen Wohnung, mit tollen Gastgebern.

Great apartment in a relaxed location, away from the crowds. 5 – 10 min walk along the coast to the centre and the beach. Nice restaurants on the promenade with amazing sunsets on the Tramuntana. Prompt and friendly communication with the host. Only downsides: aircon not working and key pick-up in Palma, as per the description.

Schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung in angenehmen Umfeld. Ansprechende, saubere und ruhige Poolanlage. . Gute WLAN-Verbindung. Wer ruhige Urlaubstage verbringen will, wird sich in Colonia San Pere wohlfühlen. Sehr guter Gesamteindruck.

+ great appartment on ground Floor with superb pool with wonderful views + in really great and relaxed village, sea, beaches, shops, great restaurants all really close by (with 5-10 min Walks) - airco not properly working... And it can be really really hot when there is no sea wind. - not an airbnb experience: no local tips / ideas provided, no local contact or anything like it. Hire through agency, key pick Up in Palma, lot of miscommunication with agency, And they were not very friendly in the End, also we did not get any promised refund so far... - hard to find, if you do not know where to go And the provided address was not correct... So give them a call before hand to be sure.

I had an excellent stay at the apartment. The location in a quiet village was just what I was looking for as a solo traveller looking to recharge my batteries. It would also be ideal for a young family, having a great pool, small nearby beach and a nice selection of restaurants along the waterfront. The apartment was clean and tidy, well maintained, and well apportioned with both a good wifi and TV (NB only Spanish channels though!). I had a really relaxing time. The owner had also provided two bicycles which were great for exploring nearby, although as a more committed cyclist I rented a better long distance bike from in nearby Can Picafort. My stay was really great - my first AirbnB experience and won't be my last. I would definitely consider coming back. Thank you!

In Madrid Jason will welcome you. In Harrogate and Lake District you'll collect the keys from a key box, we will be available on the phone and e mail.
