Newport Crest is a community of 460 homes located at the West end of the jewel of Orange County, Newport Beach. Newport Crest is located only 10 miles from John Wayne Airport. With the Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) running along the coast and close proximity to Newport Blvd which leads to the 55 and 405 freeways, the location provides accessible routes to whatever is your destination. There are many fine restaurants, unique shops and all the basic staples within a short distance for your convenience.

Accessed from Superior Ave off the Pacific Coast Highway, the one main street in Newport Crest, Ticonderoga, has two loop streets that provide spurs to the many quiet court yards.

To keep in theme of this coastal community, the street names in the Crest were named after yachts in the local area. As a Coastal community, all properties enjoy ocean breezes. The association maintains the 2 lighted tennis courts, a large swimming pool, and an outdoor spa. With one of the greatest concentrations of tall trees in the area, strolling along the quiet streets is also a popular activity.

Poolside clubhouse includes full bathrooms, community BBQ's, pre/post pool showers, and vending machines for poolside goodies. A full complement of beach cruisers for all ages. Rental Agreement-200 Intrepid Court - Newport Crest

ADDRESS: 200 Intrepid Court, Newport Beach, CA 92663



PETS are not permitted in rental units under any conditions. Renter/Renters will forfeit entire deposit if pets are found to be in the unit without permission.

NO SMOKING - No smoking is permitted in condo, on balconies, or on front porch. Smokers may smoke 30 ft. from condo on street, walkways, and sidewalks. Please be considerate and do not leave cigarette butts or debris in our beautiful community. Smoking in non-permitted areas will result in full forfeiture of security deposit at owner's discretion.

DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT - A reservation deposit of $600 is required unless another agreement is made. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (8) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met:
•No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
•No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
•All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in trash cans in garage, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned.
•All keys cards are left on the kitchen table and unit is left locked.
•All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
•No linens are lost or damaged.
•NO early check-in or late checkout. The cleaners are on a schedule that cannot be changed. $100 an hour after a 30 minute grace period will be taken out of the deposit. Same with an early check in.
•Parking passes and pool key are left inside the unit upon departure.
•The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement, or the security company employed by Newport Crest HOA.

CANCELLATIONS - A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will be refunded less a $50 charge. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit if the condo cannot be rebooked. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – The maximum number of guests is limited to six (6) persons.

INCLUSIVE FEES – Internet is wireless and included in rental rate. All amenities are included in the rental rate. There will be no refund if the internet is not working. If there is any illegal downloads made on the condo’s internet the full deposit will be taken.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. Give Sandra a call or text ((PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) if you need more towels.

Towels and suit are not to be hung to dry on balcony railing, per HOA rules. If the owner is fined the fine shall be paid from the security deposit.

PARKING PASSES – Parking passes are located inside the unit. Renters must display parking pass on the rear view mirror at all times. Failure to display may result in towing of vehicle at renter's expense. Leave the parking passes inside the unit upon departure. There will be a $25 charge for lost keys or passes. Fines incurred by renter for not displaying Parking Pass will be deducted from security deposit.

PARKING - Garage parking for cars and small SUV's (beware of low garage height clearance), driveway parking, and common area parking for larger vehicles. No boat or trailer parking allowed.

FIREPLACES – The fireplace is a non-vented gas log fired firebox.

WEATHER CONDITIONS – No refunds will be given for weather conditions.

FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.

TRAVEL INSURANCE – We highly recommend all guests purchase travel insurance .If you wish to purchase travel insurance, go to (URL HIDDEN) for details and to purchase.

NO LIABILITY / INDEMNIFICATION / HOLD HARMLESS: The owners of the property do not assume liability for the loss, theft, damage or injury (or death) to persons or their personal property. Guests agree to indemnify and hold the owners harmless for any liabilities, theft, damage, cost or expense whatsoever arising from or related to any claim or litigation which may arise out of or in connection with Guests’ use and occupancy of the rental property, including but not limited to claims for personal injury or property damage/loss.
All units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

ACCEPTANCE OF RENTAL AGREEMENT-Receipt of payment by renter for this rental shall constitute acceptance of this rental agreement.
