NEW UNIT - BE 1st TO REVIEW! Fresh, Updated Studio with a Queen bed and leather sofa bed for extra guests! Includes a Full fridge on the lanai with a few chairs. The Kitchenette is where you will find a microwave, hotplate, coffee maker and kitchenware. Full bath and extra towels are in the closet. There is Free Wifi and Free Cable!

This property is elevator accessible with trash chutes located on each floor. Located on-site: laundromat, tour desk, surf shop, public parking (limited, prepaid $25/24 hours) and convenience store.

I am always available when my guests have requests or need information about what to see and do. Please stop in my office located on the ground floor of Kuhio Village, (Hours of Operation: M-F 9:00 am-4:30 pm, Sat-Sun Limited Hours).

Location, Location, Location! We are in the middle of it all.

Much to see and do in Waikiki. Waikiki Beach, Honolulu's most famous beach is just two short blocks away. Watch the sunsets from nearly any vantage point along the beach and see the Friday night fireworks from the Hilton Hawaiian Village at 7:45pm. The nearby neighborhood includes several major hotels like Moana Surfrider, numerous restaurants, and nightclubs that cater to every traveler. Ask the kama'aina (locals) for their tips. The Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center and other “World Class Shopping” may be found on Kalakaua Avenue (the street along the beach). A few blocks away you will find the memorable Kapiolani Park and Waikiki Shell, Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, Diamond Head, golfing and many tennis courts.

Parking is available onsite and located in the underground garage. Daily parking fees are approx. $25 per 24 hours. Payment options may be selected at the vending kiosk located at the bottom of the ramp.

But who needs a car in Waikiki? Everything is in walking distance. But if you have an itch to venture out, the island's bus transit system is Number #1 at only $2.50/ticket. The major bus stops going in both directions are easily accessible from Kuhio Ave.

Per community house rules, all guests must register with the on-site resident manager or security. A photo copy of valid government issued identification is required for all guests in the unit.

All residents are required to sign-in their guests at the Security Desk in the main lobby for every visit. Guests are not permitted unescorted above the lobby level and may not be in possession/and or use of key set. Use of key set is reserved for the express use of residents only and may not be used to allow access to anyone other than the resident and guest.

In general, all guests are asked to be a good neighbor and to also comply with the following:
-Loud music or TV playback is generally not allowed.
-Trash chutes are located on all floors. Please adhere to posted signing. If you have items too large for the trash chute, please use the dumpster in the garage.
-All personal items (towels/ clothing) may never hang over or from a lanai ledge.
-Intoxicated behavior in any common area is prohibited.
-Upon check-out, please place all keys in the key drop in the door to the rear of our office to the right of the security desk in the lobby of Tower 1. Unaccounted for key sets will incur a $100 charge per set.

This little getaway was in an amazing location ! We could walk to the beach, restaurants, shops and transit stops very easily! The studio apartment size was perfect for our vacation as we didn't spend much time in it anyway :) Convienence store located in the building was great and there are literally ABC stores on every corner. Great place to stay!

The apartment was ok, quite used though, but ok for the price I guess. The floor could have get more attention while cleaning, but everything else was ok. Very comfy bed. It's location is just great, right in the middle of everything, only steps away from Waikiki Beach.

Easy and hassle free booking, hosts were well organised and on top of everything. The studio was in a great location. The building security was an added bonus making us feel extra safe. Overall, the studio was cute and cosy.

We offer a range of accommodations types from small studio apartments (with or without kitchenettes) to 2 bedroom residences with full kitchens.

We want your stay to be an enjoyable one and finding the right match for you is key. As a general guideline, there are many different types of buildings and hotel-type of arrangements. For those doing Hawaii on a budget, studios offer the best of both worlds providing a clean, private place to stay within walking distance to the BEACH at affordable prices (vary for upgrades, views, cooking abilities). For those looking for nicer or larger accommodations, then you should target $150/night off season to $250/night peak season (vary for upgrades, views, cooking abilities, building amenities, parking included). If you are looking for an Ocean-front experience, then target $350- $400/night and for a luxury experience, $500 to over $1000/night. Hawaii offers something for everyone at every price point!

Our vacation rental units are privately owned and managed. We offer an alternative to the hotel experience allowing our guests to “live like a local” in paradise whether be for a few days, a few weeks or a few months. Our units are well maintained, repaired when necessary and treated routinely with pest control services. We try not to interrupt our guests during their stay, and if the unexpected happens, we do our best to resolve it quickly with the least inconvenience to our guests. Upon arrival, we try to meet all our guests personally to register, check-in, and answer any questions. And if you’re running late don’t worry, we can make arrangements no matter the hour and register you in the office the next day.

Stop by our real estate office, ground floor of Kuhio Village (between lobby doors and public parking ramp, off the sidewalk), any time. We are there daily to assist and share this incredibly beautiful island, local eateries, activities and entertainment found in Waikiki and around the island.
