ROOMS
Shiny wooden floors, fresh white walls and neutral coloured curtains throughout give this apartment an aesthetically pleasing look. Lounge furniture in earthy tones, a steely grey kitchen and smart black dining table in the main space make this base more than comfortable for your stay.

LIVING / DINING AREA
An open-plan main living space featuring a smart sofa, dining table to seat four and a large flat-screen TV with DVD/Blu-ray player and Sky.

THE KITCHEN
A fully kitted modern kitchen occupies one corner of the main living space and features brand new mod cons.

MASTER BEDROOM
A bright and comfortable bedroom with a king size bed, built-in wardrobes and a northwest facing window with views to the street.

THE BATHROOM
A clean and contemporary bathroom with a bathtub, fitted overhead shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail.

In the heart of the West of London, Notting Hill is famous for its celebrity residents and annual Caribbean Carnival. This flat is just a short walk away (5 minutes) from the delights of Portobello Road (with its well-known Saturday morning market), and also surrounded by excellent attractions, restaurants plus exclusive designer and independent shops on Notting Hill Gate high street (just 15 minutes’ walk away). Nearby Holland Park is considered London’s most romantic and peaceful park and is a wonderful place to unwind, particularly in the Japanese Gardens. Visit Kensington Gardens for Kensington palace, the current home of Prince William and Duchess Kate and their two small children as well as the Princess Diana of Wales Memorial and the Serpentine Gallery.

The flat is close to the London Underground, with Ladbroke Grove tube station (Circle and Hammersmith & City lines) just 4 minutes’ walk away. Take the Circle Line to reach Paddington Station in just 5 minutes, or take the Central Line from Notting Hill Gate station (a 10-minute bus ride away) to reach Central London and one of London’s favourite shopping destinations, Oxford Circus in just 7 minutes.

Please note the sofa bed is a small double - better suited to two children or one adult.

The lead guest will be required to sign an Occupation Agreement prior to arrival. Please note that the lead guest must be over 25 years old.

Normal check in time is between 3 pm and 9 pm. All other times may incur an additional fee.

My name is Tom and along with my team I manage this collection of hand-picked apartments and houses for their individual owners while they are away. Each property is carefully selected and offers a stylish living experience and excellent value.

As a lifelong Londoner I love having the opportunity to share these spaces, my knowledge and personal recommendations about this great city with those visiting for both short and long term stays.

All our guests will be greeted personally at the property by a member of our hospitality team, and guest assistance is also provided by our professional customer service team between 8am - 8pm 7 days a week, should any issues arise during your stay. Please note that once a booking is made, the customer service team will be the point of contact thereafter.

Please be aware that viewings are not possible for stays of less than 1 month.
