I started immediately for the problem, I'm sorry because I understand that the stay will not have been perfect, but the problem went beyond my skills. I had to rely on an expert, the plumber, unfortunately only this I could do. It was an unexpected failure due to an exceptional climate situation, and I have done my best to solve the problem as soon as possible.
Not being able to intervene immediately, as I had to wait for the plumber, I asked you to try to push a power button to see if the boiler would start. It does not seem a strange thing and not even a reason to complain.
As for the shower, I do not forget the bath curtain ... it is not really intended for that type of shower. Nobody has ever complained about too much water!
While for the transfer service, the guy who checked you in, told me at the last minute that he would be in the airport area and that he could pick you up. When he told me, I promptly reported it to you. I thought if you were still at the airport, it would make you comfortable. I thought it might be useful, I thought of you ...
