I am a friendly outgoing lady. I work in the media from home. I have 4 children, 3 of which have flown the nest which leaves my son Robin who is currently studying for his GCSE's . Among my favourite pursuits are reading, cooking for the people I care about , and keeping fit. I do body balance which is a mix of Tai chi. pilates and yoga and also spin at our local gym. I love being outdoors and enjoy exploring both the Suffolk and North Norfolk coast.
My son plays for Bury St Edmunds rugby club so not only do I turn out to cheer them on the sidelines I am also involved in their fund raising activities.
