March and April are always the most snow and Arapahoe Basin Ski Resort is open until June, warmer temp and the bluest sky days to ski. When using map quest for directions from the airport or where ever you are coming from, please do not follow Highway 6 over Loveland Pass. Map quest will show this as the quickest route. Loveland Pass can and probably will be very snowy and icy. It is a very windy, no guard rail pass. Please use directions via I70 to the Silverthorne exit to Keystone Resort. Also, please take caution as you come out of the Eisenhower Tunnel, this is a very steep grade all the way to the Silverthorne exit. This part of I70 can be very snowy and icy as well, but better than Loveland pass. Just FYI. I have lived here since 1990 and know what the weather and road conditions are like. May also want to or download app for CDOT (Colorado Department of Transportation) to check road conditions before leaving the Denver area for road conditions. Also, heads up when leaving on a Sunday, I 70 will be crowded with travelers heading back to the Denver area. Make sure to give yourself plenty of time to get to the airport. Also, there is shuttle services from DIA to all the resorts in Summit county. They are CME (Colorado Mountain Express - ) and Peak One Express - 855-GO-PEAK)
No smoking, no pets. This is a fun property in the ski season especially, I want everyone to enjoy an epic ski experience, however, crazy, rowdy, disrespectful behavior cannot be tolerated. Please be careful on the slopes as well as here in this condo community as far as the pool and hot tub are concerned. Please respect other residence on the property privacy to enjoy their ski vacation as well. Most of all be careful on the slopes and just have a great time.
