A fabulous, two-bedroom apartment in the exclusive Baltic Quays development right on the exciting Newcastle/Gateshead quayside with a balcony overlooking the River Tyne and the iconic Millennium Bridge. This lovely spacious apartment is modern and stylish and makes a great alternative to a hotel for a holiday or business visit to Newcastle.
The apartment has two bedrooms - one with a king-size double bed and en-suite bathroom and a second with twin beds, although it can actually sleep up to six people. The apartment can easily accommodate a big group with plenty of space and seating in the lounge, two bathrooms, separate bedrooms and kitchen, and plenty of storage space.
The lounge leads onto the balcony with views of the Tyne and it's famous bridges, a flatscreen TV, a DVD player with a selection of DVDs, an iPod docking station and free wireless broadband. A dining area has seating for six people and is situated to make the most of the view.
The kitchen has a separate oven and hob, dishwasher and a huge fridge/freezer, plus a washer/dryer is also available - all you need for a city break, holiday or longer stay.
A free, allocated, covered parking space is available next to the apartment.
For families, equipment such as, travel cots, DVDs, high chair, etc, can be provided, free of charge.
The apartment is suitable for families, business and mature groups due to it's quiet residential location.
Guests have access to the entire apartment - essentially the apartment (and parking space) is yours for the duration of your stay.

At whatever time, I will meet you on arrival to show you round the apartment, answer any questions you may have and help you settle-in. For regular guests, and for first-time guests that prefer this option, there is a key-safe so you can have the convenience of letting yourself into the apartment. During your stay I am at the end of a phone for any problems or questions you might have.

The apartment and car park both have lift access and are accessible to wheelchairs.
The apartment is suitable for families, couples, business and mature groups due to it's quiet residential area. It is NOT suitable as a party house. Sorry no pets are allowed, and I ask that you don't smoke inside the apartment but use the balcony.
Please note that any additional bedding for the sofa bed MUST be agreed in advance and there may be a surcharge to cover the cost.
