Re: Parking, the apartment doesn’t come with a parking spot but there are a couple of undercover secure parking options nearby. The cheapest is Fry’s Fast Park located around the corner next to Harper Lane and they also offer overnight parking which is extremely rare in the CBD, but you can only come and go within their operating hours..
