Nice house, pleasant time.

Risposta di Steve:
Ryan chose to ruin our perfect 5-star Host rating because we confronted him about breaking our house rules, so this was his was of retaliating. Despite the burn ban in our county due to risk of wild fires, Ryan decided to light a fire in our water fountain (thinking it was a fire pit) and permanently damaged the electric-operated water feature. Then he tried to deny he did anything wrong and argued he should not have to pay for the fire damage -- thus leaving us with out-of-pocket electrician repair expenses.

This place is absolutely delightful! Steve has taken great care to ensure every thing you could want or need is provided and eloquently so. We enjoyed every aspect of the farm house; even in the 100+ degree Texas heat, the space was quite, cozy, and cool. Perfect for a family getaway or even a romantic weekend away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return some day. Highly recommend!

The hill country at its very best! The house felt like I was trapped in a Mediterranean villa by the vineyards. The views, vegetation, outdoor trails, fire pits, the list goes on and on at how serene and peaceful this place is. We saw lots of deer as well as a great variety of birds. The HEB is only a few miles away. When you see this kitchen, you will want to cook for sure, paired by a succulent local wine, or one of your choice. Steve was extremely accommodating and hospitable. Any questions I had, it did not take him more than a few minutes to answer. The directions and house rules are very straight forward. We will come back to this gem for sure!
