This converted RV is nestled in the back of our property, and is fully fenced a private. The RV hosts a king-sized bed, full kitchen and seating area. Outside is the shower (private, but also open to the air) and WC which are adjacent on the patio.
This RV is located in the back of the property, and is surrounded by a 6 foot fence, which envelops the patio, fire-pit, no-chemical hot-tub, outside shower & WC. It has amazing mountain views in the day, and star filled skys at night. It is quiet and clean, and is definitely a "glamping" situation. There is a full kitchen stocked with anything one might need to cook a meal which can be enjoyed inside or out! There is one designated off street parking space. It is a relaxing and wonderful home base for any trip to this gorgeous part of California.
The RV is fully fenced in so it is all yours once you come in the gate!

I live in the main house located towards the front of the property ( a large yard separates us, my workspace is adjacent, but not connected to the RV) and I am available via phone (text preferred) throughout your stay.
Altre cose da evidenziare
There is a friendly cat who lives here and she might visit you, her name is Olive. Occasionally, I have my daughter's dog who could be on the property, again the fence makes this space your own.
Make yourselves comfortable, but we ask that you leave the space as you left it (dishes washed and put away, towels in the bin, trash wrapped up etc). Use the fire-pit, but please keep the fires reasonable.
The hot-tub is yours and yours only to use and will have fresh water upon your arrival. We ask that you shower before entering, and turn the hot-tub off when not in use.
Pet's are welcome (up to 2-there really isn't a ton of space if these are big dogs), there is a $25 per pet fee per night. Please keep pets off furniture/bedding.
I have been a landscape designer in Santa Barbara county since the 70's, specializing in drought resistant gardens using California natives, succulents and cacti. I feel blessed to live in this little slice of paradise on the coast. I take time off to camp and visit hot springs, and love the outdoors (especially the desert).
I am new to air bnb hosting, but am happy to share my unique home with travelers visiting this gorgeous part of the state.
