Tiki hut on the north side for your outdoor enjoyment, upstairs living area opens to screened terrace and open sundeck overlooking Man-O-War Cay, Guana Cay and the Ocean beyond. Two bedroom two bathroom and downstairs laundry room. Master Suite and guest room upstairs with open living kitchen dining and living area. Spiral stairway leads to third level loft room with office and additional sleeping area. Mixed tiled and wooden floors vaulted Cypress vjoint ceilings. Lots of sliders and windows to enjoy the views. Central A/C and fans throughout. Minutes to off shore fishing, walking distance to ferry dock 1/2 mile to restaurants and groceries/ souvenir shopping.

Our entire home, multiple decks, walking grounds, beach and all of the surroundings are for your enjoyment.

Our Concierge Team can assist with arranging transportation such a boat rentals, car rentals, cart rentals etc. We are here to assist with pre-booking of any day trips, tours and more.

About The Eastern Shore peninsula
As a rental guest of this gorgeous community you enjoy…
Eastern Shores is approximately a mile long and has a mixture of year round residences as well as rental homes. Truly a community with spirit. The enforced 15MPH speed limit on the peninsula is for all to enjoy the leisure pace in this community. For you walkers it's a great little scenic stretch for an afternoon stroll or morning jog. Starting at the entrance it is about a quarter mile to “the bridge" the narrowest point on the peninsula with a cement overcross area, to the south (right) on the overcross there is an access for all eastern shores owners and guests to a lovely beach in a little bayside cove. Continuing on the peninsula it is just over another quarter mile to “the park" on the north (left side) you will see a little roped off area that is great to take the pets to walk, kids to play etc. don't forget to carry swim wear or goggles as this also is another bay area that has great snorkeling as there is an iron shore that goes out into a peninsula of shallow corals. Please, take your pet waste and trash with you as we like to keep the park and beach areas as pristine as possible for everyone to enjoy.
Just past the park area you will see gates, the remaining quarter mile of peninsula is beyond these gates with a second gate at the last private property on the end. Rental homes beyond these gates will be provided with a code key access.

Alburys ferry is a 5 minute walk from this destination, great for island hopping to Hope Town (Elbow Cay) and Man O War (Guana Cay Ferry is located approx 3/4 of a mile west). Taxis are at the ferry terminal for easy transportation into town and are available at that location most days from 8am- approximately 5/6pm. Downtown shopping restaurants and more starts at about 1/2 mile and extends for another 2+/- miles from this location. A cell phone with a local number and a VHF radio is in the home for your convenience.

Standard Amenities Include:
All bed linens, bathroom towels, utensils, cookware, inside and outside dishware, microwave, toaster or toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, alarm clock, and all have an outside grill option. All homes are stocked with an assortment of books, games and DVD's,CD's and VCR's as applicable.

Terms & Conditions:
All of our accommodations are for personal use, events must be pre-approved through our office and written permission granted by us from the individual owner.
Peaceful enjoyment rule: No loud gathering or parties late at night at the rental unit so as to disturb other guests and owners
Some homes have dockage available for boats but none of our homes allow any live- aboards. If water and electric are available on the dock an additional fee may be assessed.
Locked pantries and closets are off limits and are owners personal storage
No pets are allowed in the home or premises without pre-approved and written permission granted by us from the individual owner.
Rearranging of furniture or removal of any items from the home is prohibited.
Outside furniture is not to be taken off of the premises.
No drugs or other illegal substances are allowed in the rental or on the premises
No smoking in the home
Total number of persons allowed in the home is restricted to the number of persons booked and paid for.
Any vehicles, boats, bikes or other items that is not included in the home rental shall not be used or moved from the premises.
Loss of key or lock out of unit will result in a service fee of $10 to replace key and may be susceptible to a further charge for an agent to come and open the unit if after hours, Saturday, Sunday or on a holiday.
Some of our homes are located in club communities that may have their own additional covenants and regulations, which will be provided to you on the rental agreement prior to confirming booking.
Please ensure that all party members are aware of all of our terms and conditions and abide by them. Anyone not adhering to our rental terms and conditions will be given a verbal warning which if not adhered to may result in the immediate eviction, and forfeit of entire rent.
Liability:
The renter agrees to hold the Rental Agent and Home Owner harmless for any and all liability for personal injury, loss of life and damage to personal property.
The use of homes facilities and premises is at the sole risk of the renter.
All concierge items will be confirmed through our office and confirmed independently through the individual companies/tour operators booked with and liability if any will be confirmed to you by the subcontracted companies as per their individual agreements with you.

Born on Man O War Cay, a small outer cay of The Abacos, I am a ninth generation Abaconian and can trace my roots back to the early Loyalists who settled the Abacos in the late 1700's coming from England by way of the Carolinas. The descendants of Abaco, Man O War in particular, are known to be honest and hard working, with unsurpassed loyalty and commitment to family and friends. These qualities are still the backbone of Abaco today and I am proud to be an Abaconian.

I also own a computer store in Marsh Harbour, called Computer Creations - Computer Sales & service, website designs &hosting, printed media & marketing. I reside on Great Abaco near Marsh Harbour.

I enjoy traveling and have done mission work in Central America. Some of my other interests include helping in children's ministries, fishing, camping, diving/snorkeling , sailing and reading.
