Minimum number of nights is four (4) during regular season and seven (7) during HOLIDAY season.
Maximum number of guests not to exceed six (6). Firm occupancy limit.
Age of occupants must be provided at booking (if under 21).
Deposits & Cancellations:
Nightly Rates INCLUDE 11.68% tax.

If you need to cancel, you'll get a 50% refund of monies prior to 40 days prior to arrival
Modest cancellation fee of $300 within 40 days applies
Balance of rental fee due 40 days prior to arrival
Only ONE vehicle permitted to park on site, must display parking pass at all times. HOA management will tow vehicles without pass displayed.
Access & Misc:
NO Smoking permitted in condo or on patio. Designated smoking areas in outdoor parking lot.
NO pets permitted in unit or on property grounds.
Outdoor coded lockbox set for your rental period only.
Lockbox key, spare key and parking pass must be returned to original locations. Same goes for TV/ DVD remotes and electronics.
NO Landline phone provided. Complementary WiFi included. HP Printer with USB available for use.
Damage, breakage, or maintenance issues must be reported to owner immediately. Fees will be assessed for policy infractions, and missing items.
It’s crucial that you contact the owner management FIRST in the event of any problem or malfunction at the condo, we will dispatch the proper help. If you contact HOA management, Four Seasons directly, you may be subject to their fees for service.

Property damage protection insurance can be purchased in lieu of $300 security deposit at $59.
You might consider purchasing TRIP CANCELLATION insurance to protect your rental investment in the event of flight delays, or cancellations due to weather or other circumstances.
Cleaning & Extras:
Cleaning / Maid services mid-term during your stay are optional and can be arranged for you at $50 per hour. Exit cleaning is mandatory at $140 per stay.
