Hello, I'm Sue
I live in Chestfield, near Whitstable.
I am married to my husband Philip & we are a family of 7 with our 2 black Labradors, Mae& Mia.l
Both myself & Philip are professionally trained chefs with myself having trained & worked in prestigious venues around London & Philip in New York City.
Combined with our shared passion for cooking & fond memories of family holidays spent visiting Philip's father in France, Birdies Restaurant was born.
23 years later, our former family home above the restaurant was renovated & became a rentable apartment offering accommodation in the heart of Whitstable, a town we so fondly call 'home'.
