This is strictly not a party house. Looking for luxury & privacy? This 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom house offers landscaped gardens surrounding the mod grass tennis court, pool, huge entertaining area, pool table, tennis table, balcony, patio, trampoline, cubby, sandpit, DVDs and much more
The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature tenants that will remain respectful to our neighbours. Renters must be over 25 years old. The house is purely to be used for rest and relaxation style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited. Schoolies, bucks and hens parties are not allowed.
The house sleeps 10 people depending on your requirements.
Located on the Mornington Peninsula, in Rye, Melbourne's favourite holiday playground, this beautiful huge holiday home is just 1km to the front beach and foreshore walking / bike track.
If you are looking for luxury and privacy - look no further!! Offering landscaped gardens surrounding the mod grass tennis court, pool, bathroom spa bath, huge entertaining area, pool table, tennis table, additional balcony and patio both upstairs and downstairs, cubby, sandpit, children's retreat and trampoline. This 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom double story house sleeps 10 people however is not a party house.
There's plenty to do after your swim or tennis game, you can play billiards, jump on the trampoline, table tennis or just relax and have a BBQ. The property is quiet and relaxing and has perfect air-conditioning and heating.
Great for families as there is play equipment and some great toys and games. The house even has 3 plasma TVs and DVD players with many DVDs for your pleasure, books and magazines to read and games to play.
If you have a baby we also have a porta cot and high chair available for use. We hope you enjoy your stay.

Sorry no pets or schoolies are allowed. Our house is for relaxation and we respect our neighbours so please, no loud music or noise, suited to families, not parties. No foul language.
BEDROOM LAYOUT - SLEEPS 10 PEOPLE
1st bedroom: 1 x queen sized bed and ensuite
2nd bedroom: 1 x double sized bed
3rd bedroom: 1 x double sized bed
4th bedroom: 1 x double bed and 1 x bunk bed (2 singles)
5th bedroom downstairs: 2 bunk beds (double bottom and single top) and ensuite
What to bring : - beach towels, bathroom towels, tea towels, doona covers, fitted sheets, flat sheets and pillow cases.
Guests have a choice of two options:
1. No bedroom linen provided at all - no extra costs
2. White clean bed linen provided to include pillowcases, fitted and flat sheets (you still need own beach towels, bath towels and tea towels). Bed linen, $20 per stay per bed
We have a towel set option of $20 per person including 2 X bath towel, 1 X beach towel, 1 X hand towel, 1 X face towel), please advise if you require this.
** We ask all guests please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.
Regular Bond $1000 which is returned within 7 days of your stay, after cleaner has been through the property.
HAVEN AT RYE
Terms and Conditions of Temporary Holiday Accommodation
“Booking” means the period for which you have paid to stay at the Property. “Property” means Haven on Rye and all its fixtures, fittings and equipment. “Management” means the owners and managers of the Property. "Guests" means the persons who stay overnight in the Property during the Booking. "Visitor" means a person a Guest permits to visit the Property during the Booking.
2. ACCEPTANCE & RESPONSIBILITY.
Payment of the Deposit constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. CHECK IN / OUT
Check-in time and check-out time is based on arrival after 3pm and departure at 11am. We will accommodate early check in and late check out where possible, please discuss at the time of booking. A safety box is located near the front door of the property. A security code customised for your stay will be provided for you in your confirmation letter, please use this code to obtain the keys and return the keys to the safety box when departing.
We require 50% deposit at the time the booking is made (within two days) to secure your holiday time and we then require the remaining 50% balance and the bond of $500 as final payment 7 days (1 week) prior to your arrival.
5. SECURITY BOND
A bond payment of $1000 is required at the same time as the outstanding balance of your Booking. It will be credited to your designated payment method once our property has been inspected and deemed left in a similar state to your arrival. We agree to ensure this occurs within 7 working days of your departure.
Any damage, loss or expense incurred by Management as a result of your breach of these Terms & Conditions will be charged against the bond. Examples of this include but are not limited to any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared.
If the Property becomes unavailable for your occupancy due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. fire, storm, damage, etc) then Management will inform you immediately and endeavor to obtain suitable alternative accommodation for your occupancy, failing this, any monies paid will be refunded in full.
7. PARTIES & FUNCTIONS
Parties and functions are not allowed under any circumstances.
We not allow pets.
9. LINEN AND TOWELS
Guests must provide their own linen (fitted and flat sheets, pillowcases, bathroom towels, beach towels and tea towels). We supply pillows, doonas and donna covers.
10. POOL EQUIPMENT
Pool equipment including gas must not be tampered with under any circumstances. You will be charged a call out fee by our pool cleaner if they are required to come out as a result of this.
11. YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
You must comply with all applicable House Rules and all instructions from Management and the caretakers of the Property concerning occupancy, property, health, safety and quiet enjoyment of the Property and our neighbours. You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of the Property and any part of it during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately. Management may recover from you repair or replacement cost (at Management's discretion)
Only the guests nominated and agreed in the Booking may stay in the Property over night. If any other guests stay the agreement may be terminated without refund.
Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination and eviction without refund and extra charges may be made for security and other expenses.
Before departure, all food must be removed from fridges, all rubbish put in the appropriate council.
Rubbish bins provided, and crockery and cutlery washed and packed away. The Property must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Put bins out on Monday night for a Tuesday morning collection. Extra cleaning charges may be incurred for the cleaning of dirty dishes, washing machine, dishwasher, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish etc. Should the cleaning fee be more than the usual then the cost for cleaning the property, you will be charged the additional costs over and above the normal cleaning fee which will be deducted from the security bond or charged to your credit card.
All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived.
The property should be vacated on time and secured. All windows and doors are to be locked. All keys must be returned to Management or as otherwise directed.
You are responsible for the safekeeping and replacement of accommodation keys. Duplicate keys in the event of losing the keys will be provided at an additional charge of $100 and the garage remote an additional $100. Return key to safety box at the end of your stay.
Smoking is not permitted in the house.
10. PROBLEMS OR COMPLAINTS
In the case of any problem or complaint, you must inform Management at the earliest opportunity so Management has the chance to rectify the situation as quickly and efficiently as possible. You must allow repair/service access to the property during reasonable hours. Any complaint, which cannot be resolved locally, must be notified in writing to Management prior to departure from the Property. Failure to follow this procedure this may hinder the ability of Management to rectify the problem or complaint and reduce or extinguish any claim you may have. We recommend all guests purchase travel insurance since Management are not responsible for any injuries, illness or accidents that may occur whilst staying at our property.
If parties are thrown or neighbours complain, we have the right to withhold your bond.
