No pets, no loud parties, no smoking, no damage and taking of towels, linen or any other item of property, no damage to property or common property.
Check in: not prior to 2:00pm but prior to 10:00pm Check out: by 10:00am.
PLEASE NOTE: Any unauthorised late checkout will incur a $100.00 fee. Checkout times are strict because of the quick turnaround time required between guests checkout and guest arrivals.
1. Please throw all dirty linen in bath tub or shower prior to departure.
2.Please don't leave any dirty dishes and/or glasses throughout apartment or kitchen.
3.Please place all dirty dishes/glasses etc in dishwasher and turn on wash cycle prior to departure.
4.Please don't leave any food or other items in the fridge or rubbish laying around apartment or in kitchen bins.
5.Please empty bins down garbage chute, which is located down the outside hall on level 32.
6.Please turn off air-conditioning and fans in all rooms prior to departure.
7.Please turn off all lights throughout apartment prior to departure.
8.Please do not leave any towels around the pool.
9.Please ensure the front door is locked and all windows are closed prior to departure.
10.We are here to ensure that your stay is pleasurable and hassle free and will attend to any maintenance issues (if any) that arise during your stay. However, should we attend to any issue that arises which the tradesmen or maintenance person deems it to be caused from incorrect or improper use then you will be liable and charged for the call out fee plus any costs of repair.
11.Please note that any missing or damaged items will be charged at cost plus a $20 purchase fee for each item.
12.If you lock yourself out of the apartment then a call out fee of $100.00 will be charged.
13.If you lose keys then a charge of $150.00 replacement fee will apply.
14.As the apartment is a private apartment and not managed by Mantra Hotel we request that you do not request anything from the Mantra Hotel reception as they do not manage or assist with the apartment in any way.
15.No burning candles, tea lights or candles of any description. This is for reason of safety and prevention of damage and loss. There have been fires started and property damaged from burning candles.
16. Please do not access the wall mounted owner's cupboards or use any of the clean linen, towels or other items stored in there as these are the owner's and cleaner's property. If you do access and use any items then you will be charged additional fees for materials and cost of cleaning (minimum of $100 fee will apply).
