1. Please throw all dirty linen in bath tub or shower prior to departure.
2.Please don't leave any dirty dishes and/or glasses throughout apartment or kitchen.
3.Please place all dirty dishes/glasses etc in dishwasher and turn on wash cycle prior to departure.
4.Please don't leave any food or other items in the fridge or rubbish laying around apartment or in kitchen bins.
5.Please empty bins down garbage chute, which is located down the outside hall on level 32.
6.Please turn off air-conditioning and fans in all rooms prior to departure.
7.Please turn off all lights throughout apartment prior to departure.
8.Please do not leave any towels around the pool.
9.Please ensure the front door is locked and all windows are closed prior to departure.
10.We are here to ensure that your stay is pleasurable and hassle free and will attend to any maintenance issues (if any) that arise during your stay. However, should we attend to any issue that arises which the tradesmen or maintenance person deems it to be caused from incorrect or improper use then you will be liable and charged for the call out fee plus any costs of repair.
11.Please note that any missing or damaged items will be charged at cost plus a $20 purchase fee for each item.
12.If you lock yourself out of the apartment then a call out fee of $100.00 will be charged.
13.If you lose keys then a charge of $150.00 replacement fee will apply.
14.As the apartment is a private apartment and not managed by Mantra Hotel we request that you do not request anything from the Mantra Hotel reception as they do not manage or assist with the apartment in any way.
15.No burning candles, tea lights or candles of any description. This is for reason of safety and prevention of damage and loss. There have been fires started and property damaged from burning candles.
16. Please do not access the wall mounted owner's cupboards or use any of the clean linen, towels or other items stored in there as these are the owner's and cleaner's property. If you do access and use any items then you will be charged additional fees for materials and cost of cleaning (minimum of $100 fee will apply).

The apartment was lovely and the view is stunning and breath taking. Kitchen is well equiped which made us could not help cooking every evening. Johnathan's response was so quick that helped a lot especially this is our first time to Brisbine. Johnathan also offered a great help to us for coordinating the return of our suitcase to Hong Kong as we accidentally left it in John's apartment. Million thanks to John. Will return for sure when we visit Brisbine again.

The unit has spectacular views of Brisbane city and the river and is very central with plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance. Being country folk we found the check-in/check out system complicated, especially as we had a car but it was great to have parking available as street parking is difficult. The unit was spotless - however I would have expected that as the cleaning fee was very high.

Hi Patricia - thank you for your comments. I'm not too sure why the checkin/checkout process was too complicated for you (whether you are country folk or not) as you never once contacted me with any questions or to complain; the instructions provided to you upon making your booking were very clear and we never have any complaints from any of our guests in connection with the process and we have been conducting the process for over 12 months. In fact, we receive positive feedback about the ease and convenience of the checkin/checkout process. The apartment has a porte cocher to park when you pick up keys if there is no street parking available, visitor parking and free secure undercover parking which is allocated to the apartment. The cleaning fee is not high at all. The cleaning fee is well below what it actually costs for the cleaner's costs, the linen, the towels, the amenities which are all provided for your pleasure. The cost of the cleaning fee do not even cover the cost of the amenities. I think a 3 star review for such things is unreasonable, particularly when you have stayed (in your words) in a spotless luxury sky home in the heart of Brisbane CBD with free car parking. The building, the apartment, the parking facilities and other facilities are all 5 star. There's backpackers in Brisbane CBD with single room, single bed, shared toilet, shared bathroom and no parking that would cost a single person $120 per night plus $50 per night for secure car parking. I guess there is just no pleasing some people (even those that get the apartment for a discounted rate of nearly 50% the usual rates!).

Great place to stay, nice and quiet with a great view. The place was very clean and well kept, would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Brisbane

Stayed here over the weekend and it did not disappointed. Great location with a beautiful view of storey bridge. On the Brisbane river with lots of different eats in the area. Would definitely stay again !

Jonathon's place was a wonderful place to stay in in Brisbane. So close to all amenities. It allowed you to easily explore and see Brisbane via the ferries (prices were so low) and to choose a lovely restaurant with beautiful views to spend a day. The facilities allowed a homely comfort with stunning views. The apartment was well equipped which just added to the overall joy of staying there.

A well appointed and centrally located apartment with access to Brisbane's Eagle Street Pier, shops and most things Brisbane has to offer. Would highly recommend.
