Large self contained contemporary apartment with one double en suite bedroom with stunning views. Large dinning kitchen with storage room again with lovely views. Large lounge with the same views. Second bathroom and the use of an outside stable that is secure, dry and carpeted for storage of surplus furniture, outdoor equipment, machinery, bicycles etc. There is a lovely garden and terrace for exclusive use. Ample designated secure parking. The house and apartment is in a quiet back water location and within a walled garden accessed via secure electric gates with spectacular views all around due to the hilltop location.
Situated overlooking the Peak National Park being absolutely central to all of the numerous places of interest to visit.

Directions....... We are on the lane between the villages of Bradbourne and Brassington. On entering Bradbourne follow the lane signed for Brassington and we are 1/3rd of a mile out of Bradbourne up on the left.
Look for the gate pillars with the six stone balls on.

Steve has an absolutely fabulous place amidst the most beautiful countryside, with amazing views. Lots of great places to visit close by. Steve was a warm and friendly host ensuring that I had everything I needed. The apartment is tastefully decorated, well equipped and a home from home. Highly recommend!

The stay at Steve's was so relaxing and enjoyable, Steve welcomed us warmly and made us feel right at home. We stayed with our two dogs Lily and Harley who enjoyed the location as they got to watch the sheep in the fields around the location and playing with Steve's dogs. We could not have hoped for a more idyllic location, the accommodation was fantastic and wold recommend it. We stayed for 33 nights that flew by so quickly, we were sad to leave and Lily & Harley are still looking for the sheep. Thank you again Steve. Lily & Harley give it 5 Stars

The apartment was exactly as expected from the photos - comfortable, well-kept, high spec, great views and everything you need for a short break. Steve was a great host, easily contactable and flexible to suit our plans. We didn't explore the local area but a great location for the Peak District in general. I would definitely recommend!

Steve was a great host, with lots of suggestions of places to visit during our stay. The location was excellent with amazing views. A wonderful break.

It was an amazing stay for us and the host made us very very welcome! Very happy with the location and was an overall very homely place. The view from the apartment is impeccable, we got to wake up in the morning with an amazing view and felt relaxed straight away! It's exactly as it was described and the location was perfect, as it was't too far from Matlock and Bakewell. Would most definitely recommend!!

Steve was an excellent host, the property was fantastic, and the location was superb. I would certainly recommend staying at Bryn Hall Farm, the kids loved it, we travelled to Alton Towers, the Peak District National Park, Chatsworth House, Bakewell, as well as excursions out Stoke and Nottingham. The whole experience was wonderful and it was a great base for us to enjoy the local area. All round first class trip. Thanks Steve.
