To enter the building press 2514, I will then open the door through my phone. The flat is on the 5th floor. Press 170180 on the door. Once in the flat, on a glass dining table in the lounge you will find a key ring having two key fobs attached to it. Blue key fob can be used to enter the building, rather than pressing 2514 as you do for the first time. The slightly bigger key fob is to open parking shutter. Parking is on the basement of the building. You will also find the parking ticket, please display the parking ticket at all the times on the car, while it is parked in the secured parking. Parking space no is 201. Once in the garage, drive forward. 201 is the first parking on the right after the wall.

While leaving the flat please, keep the key, fob key ring and the parking permit on the glass table.

Failure to keep the parking permit or the key fob incur a cost to you.

Parking Permit £20.

The above costs are the true cost of the key fob and parking ticket and hence non-negotiable.

Very comfortable quiet apartment in amazing contemporary block About 15 min walk to Metro

I loved this place! My two friends and I stayed here and it was great. We could walk to the street with all the shops/cafes and if we had to get an Uber anywhere it was no more than 10 pounds. We loved the huge open windows and the balcony. Raj communicated well with us throughout the holiday. Every thing in the flat worked perfectly like it was brand new, the beds were comfy, the bathroom was clean (as was the rest of the place) and it is just an all around great choice for accommodation in Manchester. The only reason I didn't give this place 5 stars is because I wish there had been a few more towels, and if not towels then a tablet for the washing machine. There's no light in the kitchen so you can't really see if you're trying to do something at night. Although the wifi was fast, it would disconnect randomly and when you have no service, you rely on wifi for a lot of things. Other than those 3 things, everything was perfect! Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice apartment, modern, bright and true to the pictures (if anything its slightly larger than we expected) Raj was very nice, friendly and easy to contact. He obviously cares about his guests as the day we checked in his cleaners had let him down so him and his wife were at the apartment cleaning it themselves when we arrived, and both made us feel very welcome. There was an issue with the hob (there's a fault and it needs resetting each time you use it by holding down the buttons) Raj was helpful in resolving this over the phone however it wasn't ideal having to call him. I think it needs looking at. Overall its a nice apartment and we had a great stay.

Raj is a lovely guy. Very friendly and easy to talk to. He couldn't do enough for me to ensure I was happy and that everything was in order, which it was. Unfortunately I can't comment too much on the neighbourhood (things to do) as I was there on business. The flat however, was quiet, clean and exactly as described. Thank you Raj

Barrio muy tranquilo, cerca del centro comercial. A 20 min caminado de la estación de tren. Departamento muy cálido y lindo. Recomendable
