*** No Smoking inside or on balcony! The smoke blows in the other tenants units and hallway. No smoking inside whatsoever or you will lose your deposit. Smoke free building. No loud music since I have 4 neighbors close by. No partying allowed ever. No chatting on the balcony after 10pm.

MUST read house manual, posted in kitchen upon arrival.
To lock and unlock my door, press Schlage and turn the silver knob.

Upon departure...

Had a relaxing view of the ocean to look out on and felt like I was staying in a foreign country the way the courtyard looked out the window. I would say the pictures were much better than what was expected but it's still a nice place if you have to be in that area.

Great place! Perfect location to visit so-cal. Cute apartment with all the amenities. Comfortable bed! Great escape for a couple!

The place is clean and comfortable and has everything one needs for a nice stay. Area is quiet and there's a place to eat and shop within walking distance. Can recommend! At the moment the listing says there is a parking space available, but the renovation has extended so it's not in use. Two out of three night we found a parking spot near by, so it's not that big an issue! Communication with Caroline is easy and prompt and she'll answer all your questions really fast! Very easy person to deal with.

This was a comfy place for a getaway. Great location and the view is amazing! Walkable distance to the beach. Really deep tub which is a bonus. So charming and the host was very accommodating.
