L'alloggio

This is a fantastic hideaway in Downtown Savannah, a short walk from everything, and a short drive from everything else. Originally built for James Leonard in 1892, the house was recently renovated, combining old world architecture with modern amenities. Our updated kitchen is excellent to cook in and we have all of the cookware and tools you need to make some great meals while you're here (tip: go to Russo's Seafood and get some fresh Wild Georgia Shrimp to cook, you will not be disappointed!). Our clean bathroom features an oversized jacuzzi tub that can make for quite a romantic evening:). We have a new LG washer/dryer combo that is perfect for catching up on laundry during your visit. We provide shampoos, conditioner, body soap, coffee & tea, paper goods, dishwasher & laundry detergent. If you need anything else, there's a great grocery store only a two minute walk away- and a great local coffee shop & bakery three minutes away. We want you to feel right at home.
We have a lock box so you may check in without any hassles.
Our home is perfectly located away from the hustle and bustle on a quiet street, but very close to coffee shops, restaurants and Forsyth Park.

Fully equipped home with everything provided. Guest should only need whatever personal items required. Bring a swimsuit! The pool is a wonderful amenity and a rare treat in Downtown Savannah.
The upstairs deck is shared with a very nice SCAD student next door who rarely uses it.
There is ample street parking in front of the Condo. Please be aware of the street sweeping schedule.
Wireless Cable Internet, Netflix, Amazon Prime, many other Roku channels.

The condo is strictly NO smoking and NO pets. Smoking is fine on the back deck and at the pool, but please use the ashtray provided.
If you find something missing, damaged or not working please let us know as soon as possible.
Guests must understand that there will be NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY during the times guests may access the pool and agree to assume all risks and liability associated therewith. NEVER leave minors unattended in the pool.
Only those listed on the reservation confirmation may stay at the house, “new friends" are not allowed.
You are in a residential neighborhood (many homes are vacation rentals), loud parties are not allowed (such as bands and loud outdoor music at the pool). Please take out your trash and deposit it in the waste receptacles across the street , and turn on the dishwasher if you have any dirty dishes upon your departure.

Brendan and Monique's place was just as advertised (possibly even better!). Very clean, welcoming, and easy to feel right at home. Brendan was super when we had to contact him with questions/concerns. We traveled to Savannah for the half marathon and this was a perfect location for race morning as well as the other activities we wanted to enjoy; we rented a car for longer distance but otherwise walked everywhere. And the pool was the cherry on top of it all! Amazing hosts, lovely home, beautiful city! Definitely will return and hopefully will be able to stay here again!!

Brendan's home was wonderful! He's made his home user friendly and very comfortable. His home is very close to downtown as well as to trolley and public transit stops if your feet get tired. We enjoyed the pool (which we had to ourselves everyday) after long hot days exploring. We like our privacy when traveling which was exactly what we got, but if you prefer him to, Brendan will meet you at the home upon arrival and is always a call away. Savannah is a fun and beautiful city with so much to see and do, our only regret is that we didn't stay longer.

Brendan's apartment is lovely. Super easy check in & check out process. Loved the attention to all the details - everything is spelled out for you so all your questions are answered in their guest book. They give tons of suggestions of where to go & eat around town which was helpful being our first time in Savannah. Although their back patio is shared, we had to ourselves every night. The pool is shared as well. The apartment was comfortable and made us feel at home in Savannah.

Brendan is awesome and his place is equally awesome. He was extremely attentive and worked with us at a late hour to troubleshoot a small issue we had with the A/C. In a very timely manner, Brendan fixed the issue with the help of a technician, and we were back to enjoying a cool stay in a rather warm and humid Savannah. I can't commend his responsiveness any higher. Brendan's place is just a block away from a Kroger that's open 24 hours a day, and is about a 5 minute walk from the stunning Forsyth Park, one of Savannah's main attractions. An Uber/Lyft to many of Savannah's historic sites from Brendan's place were just $6 or a 15-20 -minute stroll. Brendan's place also has a grill and a pool in the backyard. His apartment is charming, clean, and in a great location! Thank you Brendan for your kindness and hospitality!

We loved this place: the location is great, very central and the supermarket is literally 2 minutes away,. The guest book in the apartment was very detailed and helpful, kitchen well equipped and the pool was great! Thanks to the AC, the apartment was always cool, even though it was quite hot outside. The street is quiet (and so were the neighbours). Brendan was very responsive. In summary, we highly recommend Brendan's place and would certainly stay there again, if we ever go back to Savannah (which we're hoping to do soon!)

Greetings from Savannah! My wife, Monique and I recently purchased a home so our great Condo is now available to the right Airbnbers. We work at two pretty cool restaurants here in Savannah that serve great food (check them out while you're here!). When we're not working, we love to travel. We've traveled pretty extensively in SE Asia, Europe, Mexico and Central America (Monique is from Panama so luckily we get to spend a lot of time there:). I grew up on beautiful Tybee Island, but spent many years away, living in New York and Los Angeles.
As for the Condo, cleanliness and comfort are always a priority. We like things clean and functional when we travel, so we know you will expect the same. Of course buildings that are 125 years old can't be perfect, but we've certainly made all of the necessary changes to make this place über-cozy! We live just down the street and can help you with anything you may need, as we just want you to relax and enjoy yourself... and we know that you will! We look forward to helping you live like a true local:)
