Quiet location in historic neighborhood. Master bedroom with queen size bed, and spare room with twin bed with pop-up trundle (can be used as 2 twin beds or convert to one king size bed). Enjoy fresh coffee each morning in our peaceful backyard.
Charming 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom salt box house in quiet, historic residential neighborhood. This house was built in 1901 so it is well loved (and like any 100+ year old, not everything has aged gracefully) with many quirks and tons of character. Lots of space to spread out and relax. Off street parking for 2 cars, fenced in backyard with picnic area.
You will have access to both stories of the living space, kitchen, backyard, and communal areas.
Locally roasted coffee and cold breakfast provided, wifi, TV with Roku stick, audio system (just plug in your iPod and go!), book swap shelf, bicycle available to borrow. Dogs are welcome.

Ideally we would meet every guest, but sometimes this may not be possible. We will be sure to leave a lot of information to help you acclimate quickly during your stay.
Altre cose da evidenziare
While old New England houses are charming, they are often misunderstood. Many things that people interpret as "dirty" are really just evidence of an old and well loved house. Stains and scratches on wooden floors and tables, knicks in the baseboards, dents in the walls, and an old tub and kitchen floor that have not aged very gracefully. We take our commitment to our guests very seriously, and spend hours preparing for each guests visit- ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for you.
We hope that you will love our weird little house as much as we do!
Please make yourself at home, but leave the space as you have found it. This includes washing any used dishes, turning off electronics, cleaning up after pets, and discarding all trash.
Please let us know when you plan to arrive and depart- Airbnb messages or text messages are both fine! Let us know if anything was unworking or uncomfortable during your stay so that we can be sure to address it for future guests.
Pets welcome. Please no smoking on premises.
