The Princess Tower is considered the world's tallest residential tower (recorded in the Guinness Book of World Records) through to 414 meters between the top of the building from the ground. And 'situated on Al Sufouh Road, north-east of Dubai Marina, a short walk from local shops and best entertainment that Dubai offers, on a plot of 37. 410 square meters in the Dubai Marina, (one of the most exclusive and prestigious Dubai) with sweeping views of the Arabian Sea, and on Palm Jumeirah.

These new rules require tourists to pay a certain tourism tax which is equal to 8.2 $ per night for this unit. This amount of money will be collected from you in cash at check-in in order to submit it to the ministry on your behalf.

The apartment & the view was so amazing the first time I stayed at Samer's apartment, we thought we'd come back! The view from the master bedroom onto The Palm just gets better every time! As always, Samer & Jo couldn't be more helpful with accommodating check in & check out times. In terms of hospitality they've got it nailed! Great location, smooth arrival and departure.

We stayed in this apartment for three nights and had a great time. The views are extraordinary, and it was nice and spacious for six of us. The pool area is also good and gets sun most of the day. It's very central and easy to get to all the major tourist spots. Communication was great throughout and I would highly recommend to any future travellers

Location, Location, LOCATION!! This flat is in the heart of the Dubai Marina, with restaurants, shopping, nightlife, tourist attractions, etc all within walking distance. The views can't be beat. Full view of the Palm Jumeirah as well as overlooking downtown Dubai in the distance, and the excitement of the marina. Check-In was a breeze, and Samer's communication was top-notch. If there was an issue, Samer was on top of it! Housekeeper Jo was also very easy to communicate with/get a hold of. Overall, a fantastic stay!
