This accommodation is a great place for families, couples and small groups. It's located in a quiet neighborhood and centrally located to all of the main attractions. It's a nice place to cozy up and relax.
We are permitted by the county of Anaheim to operate a short-term rental. Regulatory Permit Number twenty fourteen, two forty two. If you cannot view the number, please advise that we have a current permit number, and you can ask us for the number directly. Thank you.
This rental space is a full and spacious private area attached to a family home. You have access to your own separate entrance on the side of the house. There is a full bathroom and a full separate bedroom as well. The living room is also furnished with a full sized bed that can comfortably sleep 2 and a futon that can serve as a couch or fold out for extra sleeping space. Another twin mattress can also be available upon request. There is also a small dining table and chairs inside the area. The room also has a fireplace, TV set up with a ROKU box where you can watch Netflix, Amazon Prime and other streaming programs. Free WiFi is also available. Coffee, tea and water is always available. You have easy access to the washer and dryer, just ask us if you need it and we'll show you where it is. There is also access to the spacious backyard where you have full use of the patio furniture, BBQ, and pool. Unfortunately the hot tub shown in the pictures does not work and the pool is unheated (which isn't usually an issue during warmer weather, but it's pretty chilly during the colder months).
Our home is located in a safe neighborhood very close to freeways where access to popular destinations like Disneyland and Knott's is only 15-20 minutes away. Beaches are 35-40 minutes away, downtown Fullerton which is filled with a fun nightlife, cute shops, great restaurants is less than a 10 minute drive. Grocery stores and small shops are located within walking distance but Orange County is pretty spread out so most everything else is best accessed through driving. However it is possible to get around via public transportation, there are bus stations nearby and the Fullerton Train Station and Anaheim Train Station are both about 10 minutes driving distance in opposite directions. I am also very knowledgeable about the area since I grew up in Southern California most of my life so please feel free to ask me anything!
About the people you are staying with:
You will be staying with a family and mostly interact with my mom if you need anything. I don't live in the house but I can very easily be reached by telephone. Everyone else is usually pretty busy and not around. The rental space is attached to the home but also closed off with your own entrance if you are looking for more privacy. This space is perfect for a single, couple, a family or a group of friends that are not going to stay up all night partying.
A little about me, I'm a well traveled English teacher so I live in different places. Currently I'm living in Santa Barbara. So ask me about Santa Barbara if you're interested!
I'm very friendly and always glad to meet new people. I'm also very knowledgeable about the beaches in S. Cali as I'm an avid surfer.
My mom, Kay is very sweet and helpful and can answer any questions, give advice about the area and help you out if you encounter any problems.
Please let me know if you have any questions! We look forward to your stay!
Guests have shared access to the backyard and pool, garage that has the washer, dryer and extra fridge if needed (just ask), and driveway.

Hannah doesn't live in Anaheim but she is available at all times through text, email or phone. Kay lives in the main home and is usually home. Just knock on the door or call out her name if you need anything. She can also be reached at all times through text or phone.
During your stay, it will feel like living in an apartment building. The space will feel pretty private, there isn't much interaction with anyone except in passing or if you need help.

I grew up in Southern California, went to college at UC San Diego then took off and lived in Breckenridge, Colorado. During the winters I worked at a snowboard shop and snowboarded a bunch because I was just obsessed with it. In the summers I traveled the world, surfing in places like Peru, Ecuador, Nicaragua, Panama, Mexico, S. Korea, Taiwan and Indonesia. I've backpacked for months in SE Asia, ended up in living in Taiwan working at a surf hostel while teaching English to kids to support my surfing lifestyle.
I now live in Santa Barbara still surfing as much as possible but meeting people from all over the world by teaching English as a Foreign Language.
My mom Kay is wonderful and sweet. I get my adventurous spirit from her and together we love to explore and backpack around California whenever possible. We love the idea of Airbnb and building a community of like-minded travelers. Can't wait to welcome you!
