This 1400 square foot apartment was fully renovated in 2016. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 have showers with spa jets) , a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room. A 200 square foot terrace is also now accessible at the back of the building. With parking less than 1 min away starting at only $10 per night, and the metro at less than 5 min walk, this is the best location for a family vacation or a business trip. The plan you see as a photo is accurate in terms of number of bedrooms (4), bathrooms (3) and location. 4 beds are queen size beds for a maximum of 8 guests. There are 2 daybeds (twin size) to accommodate 2 more guests (adults or children) and up to 4 other guests could sleep on the 2 sofa-beds in the living room. The maximum capacity for this apartmentis 14 guests.
NOTE: this apartment will have outdoor video surveillance.
This 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a triplex located on St-Denis St, just south of Mont-Royal Ave. It is made to comfortably accommodate 8 to 10 guests however up to 14 adults will be possible yet not ideal. This decision will be up to the guests.
A fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, an outdoor patio (to come in summer 2016 hopefully) and possible parking at the back ($ based on availability) makes it the very best option for a large family or group.
Once you book this space, you will have access to the whole apartment + the terrace at the back.
A door code will be sent to you before arrival. This code will let you generate your very own code so no one else will have access to the apartment during your stay. This code will activate for your check-in time and deactivate at check-out. Should you wish for an early check-in or a late check-out (1pm max), an additional $40 + taxes will be charged and the code will need to be regenerated. Please do not wait to let us know of your intentions.

It is important to note that travel insurance should be purchased by all travelers. Our building and home insurance does NOT cover the guest's personal belongings and we can not be held responsible for them. Please look into it before you book any trip around the world.
We have all the permits necessary to rent short term in our city. We are certified by the Quebec Tourism Board and are a registered business in the province of Quebec. We can provide receipts and tax numbers upon request.
Our posted prices include the Quebec Provincial Tax, the Montreal Lodging Tax and the Canada Federal Tax.
Visitors: are not permitted on the premises unless prior approval has been granted from the owners.
Additional guests: are not permitted unless prior approval has been granted from the owners and the extra person fee has been paid for.
Non-smoking property: There will be an additional $ 500 cleaning fee which will be taken directly from the Damage deposit if evidence of smoking is found in the apartment. When smoking outside please use provided ashtrays on the balcony. Do not through cigarette butts over the balcony. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.
Music will be tolerated between 9am and 10pm, provided the neighbors do not complain.
Parties are not permitted. There will be and additional $ 250 charged if neighbors complain of noise during the night or if there is evidence of a party. Thank you.
Pets are not permitted on the premises. Neighboring pets also are not permitted in the apartment. There will be an additional $ 500 cleaning fee charged if there is evidence of pets found in the apartment.
Movie rentals are not permitted without prior approval, but possible if paid for in advance.
We hope the apartment will be returned in the state it was given. We ask that you please load the dishwasher and start it before leaving, that you take your garbage out and place it into the bid provided on the balcony and that you put the white towels only in the laundry machine and start it (the detergent is provided). Thank you!
Our cleaning staff will take care of the beds.
