For other non-readers of Italian, here is what Luigi said, according to (Hidden by Airbnb) translator:
"All as described . Clean, apart from the dogs that were present in free structure. There is no glass in the windows , as in all the houses in Zanzibar . then in the morning you feel a bit ' of noises .. I'm about 10 minutes walk from the beach . In the evening there is no light to get to the beach but the road and ' quiet . The hearty breakfast with fresh fruit , bread , pancakes , jam , Nutella and eggs . The managers are very kind and helpful . They even left the room until 14 the last day allowing us to take a shower before catching the ferry ."
With regard to the 2 points of critical feedback Luigi kindly provided I want to say just this:
1.) There are hot water boilers in the 3 self contained rooms in the new building and SOON hot water will come to the main house.
3) Three of the dogs are ours; a mom and 2 pups. OUR dogs get vet treatment regularly to keep the fleas and ticks off them. The other dogs are neighborhood mutts who visit. I have instructed Ahmed to start chasing them away as they are getting far too comfortable hanging out at Magharibi House.
