I'm available by text throughout guests' stay.

In the heart of Notting Hill and adjoining Portobello Road - so much to see and do !

London Underground tube station round the corner for one-train easy access to Paddington over-ground train station (direct connection to Heathrow), Marylebone, Baker Street, Kings Cross and Liverpool Street. 15 minutes journey into London's West End, Marble Arch, Bond Street, Piccadilly and Soho.

The front door double locks - please remember to activate both locks whenever leaving the apartment.
The central heating, hot water and underfloor heating system is controlled on three panels located in the cupboard to the left of the front door.

The flat is not organize for rent in terms of to get nice bed linen and towels and clean from the owner's staff in many place of the flat. Garden under work The location of the flat in the best if Notthing Hill for the price request. Is also underground and dirty in front of the entrance of the flat. The owner was ok.

We were staying in the Frederick's apartment with our 4 year old son. Everything was very clean and the decoration of the apartment appealed a lot to my son and husband. There are a lot of nice restaurants within the walking distance. Frederick's instructions for finding the place were perfect

Sad that I couldnt stay longer at Frederick's apartment. It has everything you need but unfortunately, couldnt make full use of it. Really close to the tube and lotsa food around! Thanks Frederick and Charlotte for being responsive & accommodating! x

Lovely apartment in an accessible, characterful location in easy reach of Notting Hill, Portobello Road, etc. Spacious, homely, and well equipped, Fred's flat is clearly well-loved and very personal. Good base for exploring the area and returning to favourite West London haunts. Fred was very communicative and arranged smooth check-in. Could have been the season, but sheets, etc. were a tad musty. Other than that, all good.
