Fully equipped in order to grant the best possible experience. Kitchenett, living room, 1 1/2 bathroom. Common areas: swimming pool, terrace, gym, laundry, parking lot for one car if needed.
Third floor with interior view, less external sounds.
Comfortable and cozy, fully equipped. Good internet/wifi, cable TV and netflix. Internal view to assure little to no external sounds/noices. Located in one of Lima's most exclusive districts where you will find a huge variety of activities, cultural and/or night life.
Cleaning: The cleaning fee charged in the rent includes one cleaning after the departure of the Guest (1 time).
For longer stays (more than one week), the guest may request that the cleaning is done as many times as he desires as long as a payment of US$ 25.00/per cleaning is made.
In case the guest decides he does not require the weekly cleaning (US$ 25.00), all the cleaning accesories needed can be found in the apartment. I require that you leave the apartment in the same condition that you found it; please wash the dishes and take the garbage out.
Sheets and towels: Upon arrival, clean bed sheets and bath towels. Washing and dryer machine on premises (basement 1) in case needed.
The swimming pool, terrace, gym and laundry are available at any time.

In order to provide the best possible service, it is important to have in advance the time and date of your arrival as well as flight number and/or operative cell phone in Peru.
I always wish for a respectful behaviour from my guests; without excessive noises or attitudes that could make the neighbours unconfortable.
Pets a NOT allowed. Smoking is no allowed in the main room.
Visits are ok as long as I don't receive complaints from neighbours due to bad behaviour.
