• Check ins after 8 PM are subject to a late check in fee
• If you need an earlier or later check in just let us know and we will try and accommodate you, an additional fee will may apply.

You will be asked to show a valid ID that matches with the name of the person that made the reservation, otherwise we reserve the right not to check you in. No third party bookings allowed, unless you use the business travel option.

You will lose your FULL DEPOSIT if any of the following house rules are broken:
• No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays
• No pets
• No smoking inside
• Disrespecting Neighbors
• Contacting property management or apartment staff (We are your ONLY point of contact and will address and fix any and all issues)
• Staying past check out time unless prior written approval in Airbnb
• Have more guests then stated in your reservation or if the number doesn't match we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.
• Loud music

**Fee for losing any of the keys is $300 and $200 if you lose your parking pass/permit.

Great place to stay if you want to be in the hustle of things! I've stayed in this complex previously & it's the only place I'll stay!

Ashley was very responsive and accommodated our early arrival. A good size, quiet, one bedroom apartment, in a great location. Very easy to get around with Uber-less than 10 minutes to the Grove, LACMA, etc. The pool and gym in the building are nice amenities. And there's a Trader Joe's and CVS drug store one block away. Would be happy to stay there again!

The music from the gym could be heard all throughout the night, so maybe this is something to look into and also would appreciate two sets of keys

The apartment was spotless and spacious.. great location! I would definitely stay at this apartment again on my next visit..
