TERMS OF RESERVATIONS
Legally zoned for nightly rentals.
Minimum age of 25 years old. Children welcome with parents.
Check in 4 pm, check out 10 am. Please request early check in or late checkout in advance.
Rates include 15% tax. 5% GST, 8% PST & 2% MRDT.
Coded access. Access instructions emailed after reservation confirmed.
There is a $15 charge for returning forgotten items to guests. Guests are responsible for all mailing costs for forgotten items.
Maintenance and emergencies: 24 hour phone support. I will take care of any problems.
Excessive noise will not be tolerated out of courtesy to neighbours. If excessive noise is reported, after one warning the guest will be asked to leave without reimbursement.
Excessive noise, property damage, or smoking will result in eviction. No refund will be provided if you are evicted for breach of policies.
Complimentary housekeeping. For reservations of 8 nights or more, full linen change and bathroom cleaned about every fifth day during your stay.
The kitchen is to be maintained by the guest.
Upon checkout, if cleaning required is more than the normal 3 hours, excess costs will be charged to the guest via the damage deposit facility of Airbnb. Includes but is not limited to any cleaning needed by restoration services, a plumber, stains, odor, smoking in the unit, or cooking. Includes any extra cleaning costs to restore the townhouse to the same condition as it was upon check in.

Bike storage is provided in secure underground parking garage. Bikes may be stored inside the townhouse in the foyer.
Free parking for 2 vehicles is provided for this unit.
