Rates include 15% tax. 5% GST, 8% PST & 2% MRDT.

Coded access. Access instructions emailed after reservation confirmed.

There is a $15 charge for returning forgotten items to guests. Guests are responsible for all mailing costs for forgotten items.

Maintenance and emergencies: 24 hour phone support. I will take care of any problems.

Excessive noise will not be tolerated out of courtesy to neighbours. If excessive noise is reported, after one warning the guest will be asked to leave without reimbursement.

Excessive noise, property damage, or smoking will result in eviction. No refund will be provided if you are evicted for breach of policies.

HOUSEKEEPING

Complimentary housekeeping. For reservations of 8 nights or more, full linen change and bathroom cleaned about every fifth day during your stay.
The kitchen is to be maintained by the guest.

Upon checkout, if cleaning required is more than the normal 3 hours, excess costs will be charged to the guest via the damage deposit facility of Airbnb. Includes but is not limited to any cleaning needed by restoration services, a plumber, stains, odor, smoking in the unit, or cooking. Includes any extra cleaning costs to restore the townhouse to the same condition as it was upon check in.

EQUIPMENT STORAGE

Ski gear stored in the entry foyer of the townhouse.

Bike storage is provided in secure underground parking garage. Bikes may be stored inside the townhouse in the foyer.

Free parking for 2 vehicles is provided for this unit.

Free underground secured reserved parking for 1 vehicle. Clearance into garage is 6'8" or 2.03 meters.

This 2-bedroom condo is in a great location- right on the trails and a very short walk to the village (shopping, restaurants, activities) and the ski hill. While close to amenities, it was very quiet and felt private, nestled in trees. Kerry kept in close communication and was very helpful. Condo is well stocked for cooking "in" and was clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Very cozy and clean. Log Cabin type feel, including antler chandelier. This space was close enough to walk easily over to all the shops and restaurants but secluded enough to have quiet time in the scenic beauty of Whistler.

Kerry was very organized and communicated proactively so our arrival was simple and stress free. The unit was exactly as advertised, contributing to a great experience for us in Whistler. Will definitely book with Kerry again!

Awesome location if you are going to ski/ snowboard. Walking distance to Blackcomb and Whistler chairs. Quiet location. Kerry had great communication and was very welcoming. Well stocked kitchen (pots/pans etc). Appreciated the washing, laundry detergent, soap etc provided. All you need to bring is personal toiletries e.g.) shampoo/ toothpaste etc. Only downside for me was the steep internal staircase as I have an 18 month who likes to climb stairs.

Comfortable, quiet townhouse. Communication and check-in was first rate. Potential renters should be aware that there is only one bathroom on the second floor.

We had a great time at Kerry's place! Kerry was great and provided us with all the info we needed. We did a girls weekend all between the age 25-30. The place was fantastic, and more than enough space for us all. We drove up from Vancouver for the weekend, and it was a very convenient place to stay for those quick getaways. Location is great, less than 5 minute walk to village. We had 2 cars, so it was really helpful to have 2 parking options. Hundred percent would stay here again, and highly recommend it to anyone considering it. Kerry had coffee and a coffee maker, by which we were so pleased to see. FYI no instant coffee necessary ;). We'll definitely be back! Stay here & have fun! :)
