This magnificent penthouse is in the heart of Chueca.

The ground floor is an open space. The kitchen is fully equipped for long stays. Next to it is a large guest toilet. The living room is very spacious and the terrace is an extension of it. One of the sofas in the lounge converts to bed if more than two guests.

The ceiling is low so you will not be able to be fully stand up in the most part of the upper floor including the shower and also notice that the bed is not elevated, just a borad and a matress on the floor.
