This spacious garden flat is well located in Earl’s Court, bordering the popular neighbourhoods of Chelsea and Kensington. Many attractions can be reached within a short bus ride such as the three South Kensington Museums.

The flat has the convenience of its own entrance and private garden. It is unusually spacious and light, decorated with fascinating pieces of art from Kenya and other parts of Africa. On arrival into the pleasant entrance hall, you will find the master bedroom immediately to the left. Generously sized and furnished with a double bed, it also has the comfort of a modern en-suite shower room. Located adjacent is the main bathroom which also has a walk-in shower. The kitchen is a good-sized space with an every day dining table and modern facilities which include an American-style fridge, gas hob and double oven.

Further along the corridor is the guest double bedroom, and at the rear the spacious living room with its access to the patio garden. The inviting living area has leather recliners and a double sofa bed (to accommodate 2 guests) as well as an elegant dining table. The back door opens on to a well-kept patio garden where guests can enjoy al fresco meals in the fresh air among exotic plants.

The property is situated just off Old Brompton Road, a historical street where Lady Diana lived before her marriage to the Prince of Wales. It is also home to the famous Drayton Arms pub, a grade 2 listed building with an upstairs fringe theatre. There is an excellent selection of restaurants, bars and pubs along the road, such as the bohemian Troubadour, one of the last remaining coffee houses in London, now a thriving café which continues to host live music and poetry.

Within a 15 minute walk or short bus ride, you can reach the three South Kensington Museums, which are all highly recommended. Neighbouring Chelsea can also be reached within a short bus ride for its stylish selection of boutiques and eateries along the King’s Road and Sloane Square.

With Earl’s Court station on your doorstep it couldn’t be easier to get around town; the District line will take you to Tower Hill whilst the Piccadilly line is ideal for reaching Harrods in Knightsbridge, and Leicester Square in the West End.

The 2 double bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the living area are used to accommodate 6 guests.

The lead guest will be required to sign an Occupation Agreement prior to arrival. Please note that the lead guest must be over 25 years old.

Normal check in time is between 3pm and 9pm. All other times may incur an additional fee.

As a lifelong Londoner I love having the opportunity to share these spaces, my knowledge and personal recommendations about this great city with those visiting for both short and long term stays.

All our guests will be greeted personally at the property by a member of our hospitality team, and guest assistance is also provided by our professional customer service team between 8am - 8pm 7 days a week, should any issues arise during your stay. Please note that once a booking is made, the customer service team will be the point of contact thereafter.

Please be aware that viewings are not possible for stays of less than 1 month.
