House rules: Guests agree to the following terms and conditions
1.Guest(s) agree to NO PARTIES anywhere on the property. Legal action will be taken for parties that cause damages to the unit, property, reputation, or relationship with building staff or other residents.
2.Smoking of any kind is not permitted in the unit or on the premises.
3.Guests agree to abide by maximum occupancy of unit, and observe quiet hours between 9pm and 9am
4.Guests are responsible for action of ALL GUESTS occupying their unit at all times.
5.Guests agree to return all keys, remotes, and parking passes. Replacement fees may apply for unreturned items
6.Guests understand that onsite building staff (maintenance and concierge) are not affiliated with Jordan or AIRBNB. Please contact me directly for any needed items.
7.Guests understand that no pets are to be in the unit.
8.Guests agree to pay replacement cost for any unreturned items, and $125 per hour fee for unauthorized early checkin or late checkout.
9.Guests are responsible for all contents in unit from checkin until checkout.
10.Any illegal activity or violation of the above terms may result in immediate expulsion from property, and will be reported to airbnb and local law enforcement. Guest is responsible for all costs associated with expulsion.
11. Guests may be asked to provide a birthday as some properties may require proof of a basic public records search. (Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation)

Great location and building. We had all of the amenities we needed. The condo is beautiful and modern. Check in was a breeze. We loved the rooftop deck and also the private indoor parking.

Place was very clean. Like in pictures. Getting there was simple. We had somes problems with AC. It was solve few minute later by the building staff. My only real drawback was the fob. Upon arrival I only had a garage door fob that do not allow to get in building. When I called stay Alfred they were suppose to send someone the day after to reprogram it, on one came. I called again and they told me to ask building staff. I was told this cannot be use as a fob for main door. Then they gave me a real fob. Call back stay Alfred to explain they still says it was suppose to work with outside door. So bottom line, In the instruction email I was told j would have 2 fob (and I needed two) got zero. After solving my problem had one for all my stay. Otherwise I recommend this place.

The check-in was extremely smooth and without fail. However, this is NOT a luxurious apartment. The furniture is cheap put-together that is extremely flimsy. The beds are very uncomfortable and there are no comforters on the bed. The elevators to the building were constantly breaking down, my family and I even were stuck and had to be rescued by Denver Fire/Paramedics. The residents of the building said that the elevators are always breaking down. The heat to the apartment was poor and did not work...coupled with the fact that we did not have comforters on the made for some cold nights. There is only one television for the apartment and it was an extremely small television at that. There was a window in the master bath that let cold air in as well. There were pieces of furniture that was broken and/or damaged. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AND CHEAP FOR THE RATE!!!!!!!

Condo was superb. Exceptional views. Beds and baths were above par. Kitchen was sparsely furnished but who wants to cook when Denver's excellent restaurants are nearby. Better instructions for parking need to be provided: parking garage door opener and pass are in condo so one person has to go up and get stuff before you can park. Aso we found out the hard way that guests MUST park on level 2. Access to the garage entrance must be included in initial package. Will definitely rent condo again.

My friends and I had a great experience at the unit we rented from Jordan. The entire process prior to arriving was extremely detailed and we did not have any problems whatsoever. The building was very nice and even had free espresso and coffee drinks and pastries in the morning. The unit itself was also nice. There were plenty of cooking utensils, towels, and general supplies to get you through the long weekend. The views from the room were great and the building was in a location that was walking distance to lots of activities. I'd highly recommend this unit and would rent from Jordan again.

This unit is clean, spacious, and conveniently located. There is a lovely view of Denver seen outside all of the windows. Unfortunately we experienced a lot of street noise at night from the bus station across the street, the nearby fire department, and noisy upstairs neighbors.
