Hi. I came to Spain after studying Spanish. I moved down to Granada a year later and fell in love with the place. Granada is fantastic: it has all the advantages of a small city: plenty to see and do, the Alhambra, beautiful plazas with fountains, outside terrazas in beautiful settings with bars and restaurants and of course free tapas. It's extremely easy to get from one place to another so you don't need a car: everything is within walking distance. It's better to park your car, if you have one, and explore on foot to discover all the hidden corners of the Albaicín, Sacromonte or Realejo. If you are feeling lazy, there is a brilliant local bus service. and failing that taxis are cheap. Me? Among other things, I'm passionate about food, cheese and chickens: cheese-making, chicken care and cooking. We grow our own fruit and vegetables (and produce our own olive oil and almonds) so I look forward to the different seasons and what's on offer. If you need any advice about what to do while you stay at the house, please contact me. I want you to enjoy Granada as much as I do.
