This brand new, semi-detatched, luxury, modern, spacious, quiet and peaceful, three bedroom apartment is located just a few meters away from the sea. From the open plan kitchen living and dining, and the front huge balcony, one can enjoy the amazing picturesque view of the Tower of Xlendi, Xlendi cliffs and the clear blue Mediterranean sea. The bedrooms and the other two large balconies, on the other hand, enjoy beautiful country views with rubble walls.

The apartment has three bedrooms - one with queensize bed, balcony and ensuite with bath, one with kingsize bed, and another bedroom with twin single beds. There is another common family bathroom with shower. The kitchen is brand new modern and very comfortable with luxury appliances - large fridge and freezer, electric oven and microwave, toaster, and is fully equipped for six people. The living room enjoys a large flat screen TV with cable tv , wifi, dvd player and dolby surround system

On the balconies, one can enjoy a meal, a nice cup of coffee, or a delicious glass of wine while enjoying the sunset and the beautiful view that will take your breath away.

Xlendi is home to the best restaurants on the island. The closest restaurant is a five minute walk away and is one of my favourite restaurants. In Xlendi you are spoilt for choice for award winning, good value for money restaurants serving mouthwatering Mediterranean cuisine, plenty of bars, cafeterias, and ice-cream parlours- all a short walk away from the apartment. There is also a mini-market which has everything you might need for your holiday.

You can enjoy the whole apartment and roof with bbq and deck chairs when you book this place

We would be very happy to assist you with anything you will need in your stay. In the apartment, you will find a catalogue with highlights of the places we recommend you visit on the island, best restaurants and bars on the islands, time table for the public transport, emergency contact numbers, numbers for taxis and more information.

This is a very quiet neighbourhood. From the balcony, one can hear the tides, birds chirping and the occasional boat passing by.

The area is a very quiet and peaceful one from where you can enjoy fresh air. Rarely does a car go by. Yet, if you like the hustle and bustle, it is just a short walk alongside the bay.

Tips on best places to visit on Gozo:

Gozo is an island of charm and joy. Known for the sun, bays and beaches, glorious food and its generous people.

Marsalforn, a short bus ride away, is surrounded by bars and restaurants. There are two play fields for children, several ice-cream parlours, several BBq spots, plenty of swimming spots and a sandy beach. Salt pans are a must see. Salt has been collected here for centuries in the time-honoured way of natural evaporation from pools carved from the natural rock.

Victoria, the main city of Gozo, is just 4 km away or an 8 minute bus ride or car drive away. There is the Citadella - The Citadel is a huge fortress situated on a hill. The other things to see inside the fortress are; The Museum of Archaeology; Folklore Museum; where you can see some farming tools; traditional costumes; furniture and so on; The Museum of Natural Science; old prisons, and also some cafes and shops where you can buy some souvenirs. There is also an open market there. A very popular place of visit is St. George's Basilica, which is the third biggest basilica in Europe. You can also go on the hop on and hop off bus that will take you all around Gozo, or train ride around Victoria. In Victoria there are several shops and shopping arcades. The center of Victoria consists mainly of narrow streets and some squares on which the daily life of the city takes place, you will across to a beautiful homes, building, shops and even fairly class boutiques is such amazing place.

Dwejra - probably my favourite place for sightseeing. Azzure Window, Fungus Rock, inland sea, boat ride through the inland sea. Dwejra is one of the best places to watch the sunset.

Dwejra has captured the heart of many directors. A lot of movies were filmed here including Troy (Brad Pitt), The Count of Monte Kristo, the first few episodes of Games of Thrones (yes that's right. Do you remember in the first episodes where Daenerys was forced to marry Khal Drogo? Most of the Khaleesi scenes are filmed in Dwejra and around the islands. For more info visit (URL HIDDEN) ).

Ta'Pinu Shrine located in the middle of the countryside between Dwejra and Victoria.

Xlendi Bay is in my opinion home to the best restaurants on the island: Ta' Karolina Restaurant, Cima Restaurant, Zafiro Restaurant, Boathouse, and I love London Cafe.
The cliffs surrounding the little sandy bay are amazing. Xlendi is another excellent spot to watch the sunset. A walk towards Kantra which is a valley on the left hand side of the way just behind the oldest tower in Gozo is a must. The view from the tower is again amazing! On the other side of Xlendi, there are stairs which take you to the top of the cliffs and lead you to some interesting caves.

Mgarr ix-Xini, is a small picturesque Bay approximately 15 minute drive away from the apartment, is the location where Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie chose for their honeymoon and to film their movie By the Sea. There is also a good restaurant there famous for fish, calamari and king prawns. Opens only for lunch.

Mgarr Harbour - The port city on the island of Gozo all boats and ships arrive here the port is located in a small bay which is protected by a concrete headland within the harbor there is a part for the large ships and ferries, and a portion of the yachts and fishing boats.

Xewkija, the village of the Rotunda church

Xaghra - On the south edge of the town of Xaghra are the remains of a temple complex called Ggantija. It consists of 2 joint buildings. Research revealed that construction must have started around 3600 BC, which makes it significantly older then for example the Egyptian pyramids or Stonehenge! The structure must have been a major Neolithic effort as the individual rocks used are truly 'gigantic'.
In Ggantija as well as in similar Maltese temples remains have been found of statues of 'Fat Ladies'. Probably the temples were dedicated to 'Mother Nature' or 'Mother Earth'
Xaghra - Windmill
Xaghra - Calypso Caves, amazingly beautiful with unbelievable spectacular views. From Xaghra one can go to Ramla Beach, the biggest Sandy beach on the island. Very recommended.

San Blas Bay is a hidden sandy bay - a real gem that not a lot of people know about.

Comino - a 10 minute boat ride to the quiet naturally reserved island between Malta and Gozo. The Blue Lagoon in Comino is known for the clear blue water. A heaven on earth. A nice walk to the Tower and to Santa Maria Bay is amazing.

Ta' Cenc Cliffs in Sannat Gozo are unique.

Fishing trips, horse riding, quad-bike hiring are very popular amongst locals and tourists. If you need further information do not hesitate to contact us.

The bus stop is a few meters away from the apartment with frequent buses to Victoria from where you can get a connected bus to everywhere on the island. For those who prefer to rent a car, there is ample free parking just outside the block.

In June 2016, the Maltese government introduced an environmental fee of €0.50c per person for each night spent on the Maltese Islands.
The contribution is payable by all tourists. Those under 18 years of age are exempt of this fee. This fee is collected in cash upon arrival.
