•NO SMOKING (inside & outside )

•STREET SHOES OFF in unit (I have a wonderful collection of freshly washed soft slip-ons for you to choose from, if you need )

•COMMON AREAS : Be comfortable and use the common areas. ALL PERSONAL ITEMS CLEARED FROM COMMON AREA after use.

•NO SUITCASES and the like, ON THE BEDS,FURNITURE, KITCHEN COUNTER.

•RED WINE: I love a glass of Bold Zin or Merlot, and you can enjoy what you prefer. Just be aware that red wine stains counters, etc., so keep something under the bottle to catch the dips. Enjoy your Vino!!

•NO PARTYS and large gatherings.

•RESPECT OUR NEIGHBORS as you are “coming and going".

Ellen was so welcoming and the place was amazing. So comfortable and a fantastic location!! We look forward to visiting again. I recommend to anyone traveling to the LA area!

My host greeted me on time and gave a thorough tour of the property. On day one she prepared a lovely pot of coffee and brought it to my room. What a lovely gesture! The space was immaculate and the neighborhood was quiet. It's about a $7.00 Uber ride to my daily destination on Santa Monica Blvd @ 4th street.

Host was friendly and easy to communicate with. Place as clean and safe and location was excellent - walking distance to great restaurants and Trader Joe's, close to the beach.

Ellen is one of the best hosts. EVER. She's amazing. When we arrived, she met us at the house, gave us a tour and told us where all the shops, grocery and food places are. Ellen is absolutely a lovely person and keeps in contact with you throughout your stay to ensure you have everything you need or answer any questions. Anyone who stays at Ellen's gorgeous home, will be well taken care of.

We loved the place. Great location and very well kept. We would definitely book this place again on our next trip. Ellen our host was wonderful to work with. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice, quiet, comfortable place just outside of LA and convenient to all beach areas and highways.
