CITY VIEW 2 Bedroom offers two spacious bedrooms with large KING double beds that can be split into two single beds per room if needed, this apartment has beautiful views over the city and Casino complex.

This sun-filled apartment has a balcony from which to view the city directly in front of you and a dazzling display of city lights each night.

BEDROOM CONFIGURATION
Each bedroom has a King sized bed that can be set up as two long single beds per room or left as a King.

Tariff includes 4 people staying, for groups over 4 people there is a double sofa-bed in the lounge if needed as well as a rollaway bed. [charges applies for use of sofa beds or rollaways].

AMENITIES
The building also offers a heated indoor 25m swimming POOL as well as a TENNIS court, GYM and BBQ area.

Weekly servicing available if requested on long stays at $150 per week.

Our guest can have peace of mind when staying as we are only a phone call away, if needed.

Payment of your deposit constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions. Please contact us if you would like a copy of these terms prior to booking.

For security reasons, a copy of your Australian Drivers License or International Passport is required prior to check-in along with confirmed names for all guests staying at the property along with a signed Booking Agreement before access details can be provided.

HOUSEKEEPING
Weekly servicing available if requested on long stays at $150 per week.
Extra housekeeping is available for an additional charge, please let us know so we can make arrangements [charges apply and 24 hours notice is required].

We ask that you leave your apartment clean & tidy to avoid an extra cleaning charge.

All accommodation is non-smoking! Smoking is strictly not allowed inside any part of the building. Level 10 outdoor garden area’s does have smoking areas – Please be mindful of other people who do not smoke. Or take the lift to the ground floor and exit the building. Please read our Terms & Conditions regarding smoking.

Secure on-site PARKING cost $15 per night or complimentary for stays over 7 nights. Parking requires booking before arrival as we only have so many parking spaces available [we often have people show up with cars and expect parking but we are in a city a lot of apartments are built with minimal parking available].

Extra bedding - rollaway or foldaway beds $25 per night/per stay/per extra person

Luxury extra`s, such as: organizing flowers or groceries etc. come with an additional cost but needs to be arranged min 24 hours prior to arrival and you will be provided a price quote.

Our guests enjoy a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay. In return we ask you display common manners and courtesy for other people.

For us to be able to provide a high standard for our guests, while respecting the rights of the residents who live in the apartment building, we require our guests to comply with certain regulations.

We appreciate that most people do the right thing, however the occasional bad experience has forced us to impose the following conditions.

TERMS & CONDITIONS.

A quick explanation – you are renting a self-contained, self-catering short term apartment, you are NOT booking a fully serviced hotel/apartment, so there are requirements that guests/tenants are responsible for that would not apply at a hotel - such as emptying the rubbish bins, and making sure the apartment is left in a tidy manner upon departure. Staff will arrive upon your departure to thoroughly clean and inspect the apartment. Please treat the property with the same respect as you would your own home.

BOOKINGS

Upon accepting your booking you will be sent a ‘Terms & Conditions` document that you must fill out and return.

The guest named at point one on the attached guest list remains the primary contact and assumes full responsibility for other guests and the tenancy of the property.

Following confirmation you will receive from us an email containing details of the booking made.

VISITORS

The number of overnight occupants must not exceed the number of guests made at the time of booking.

Please remember you are in a residential neighborhood and whilst we want you to enjoy your holiday please be courteous and keep noise to a minimum between 10.00pm until 8am.

If complaints are received regarding noise or behaviour we reserve the right to evict guests from the property.

BOOKING ACCEPTANCE

Bookings are accepted in good faith. We will not be liable for damages of any kind should the booking have to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.

If bookings are cancelled by ‘Platinum Apartments`. Every effort will be made to find alternative accommodation, but the quality and price of such accommodation can`t be guaranteed.

SMOKING
For the comfort of future guests we have a strict NON-smoking policy inside the apartment.

Smoking is only permitted on balconies with the door shut to apartment or on level 10 open air rooftop garden [please be mindful of people who do not smoke around you]. Any traces of smoking found or reported within the apartment or enclosed areas will incur a penalty of $1000

PERSONAL PROPERTY
No responsibility will be taken for any personal property left inside or outside the premises at any time. Platinum Apartments are not responsible for personal property left behind, stolen, or damaged during your stay. Every attempt will be made to locate lost items, but there is no guarantee that they will be found.
Upon check-out PLEASE make sure and take all of your belongings and check the property carefully. Never leave valuables (cash, wallets, jewelry, cameras, etc.) unattended. If you find that you have left something behind, please call our office with the PHONE NUMBER provided on your confirmation email and we will attempt to locate the items. There is a $25 minimum shipping charge on all returned items. Items are held for 30 days and then are donated to charity.

BREAKAGES AND DAMAGE
In the event of appliances not working or damage to the property, you must inform the property manager promptly so the problem can be fixed.

Damage caused by guests is to be reported to the property manager and the cost or repair or replacement to be borne by the guest.

INSPECTION
An inspection of the premises can be made upon demand by our property manager if we believe the terms of this agreement are not being met.

CLEANING AND GARBAGE REMOVAL
You are asked to leave the property as you found it. Any additional cleaning required as a result of the property being left in an untidy state will be deducted from the security bond.

Please take care of the COOKING equipment and do not return pots and pans, crockery or cutlery to cupboards and draws unless cleaned thoroughly and dried. If any items are found unclean this will be considered extra cleaning and time taken to re-clean will be deducted from the security bond.

If the BBQ is used on Level 10, it must be cleaned thoroughly and rubbished placed in bins.

INDEMNITY

The tenants will indemnify the owner against all liability which might otherwise attach to the owner as a result of injury, damage or loss (to person or property, suffered by any person where such injury, damage or loss has been caused by or contributed to by any act or omission of the tenants or his agents or invitees)

These conditions are agreed between the parties. Any infringement, permits the owner to amend the rental or immediately terminate the tenancy.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

Arrival & Departure times are dictated by bookings either side of yours.

Arrival time is from 2.00pm & Departure time is 10.00am (unless otherwise arranged).

All guests must vacate the property by the departure time arranged with us.

EARLY ARRIVAL & LATE DEPARTURE REQUESTS
Check-In:
*To request an early check-in, please ask at time of booking and this cannot be guarantee until within 24 hours of arrival date. To guarantee early check-in, the previous night needs to be booked.
-If no one is departing the same day you are arriving we can permit a "complimentary" 12 pm [noon] check-In.
-For $50 we can allow 10am check-in if no one is departing the apartment that day.
-If you want an early check-in before 10am, we will charge for the previous night`s stay.

Check-Out:
*To request a late check-out, please call Platinum Apartments on the morning of your departure to see if a late check-out is available.
-If no one is arriving to the apartment we can permit a "complimentary" 12 pm [noon] check-out.
-For $100 we can allow a 3 pm check-out if no one is arriving to the apartment.
-If you want to stay later than 3 pm, we will charge for another night`s stay.

PETS POLICY:
Due to guest allergies, we DO NOT allow pets of any size in our apartments. In all cases, all animals are strictly prohibited.

AGREEMENT DOCUMENT

Upon accepting your booking through the ‘Airbnb` website an ‘Agreement Document` will be emailed to you to read and return to ‘reservations @ platinum apartments com au` immediately.

The document outlines all of the above points and also requires you to supply the names and approximate age of each person staying.

We cannot accept your booking if you fail to agree to these terms.

Nice cozy apartment, unbeatable proximity to the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Center. Pros: Fast internet, clean, easy access, safe location. Cons: Only one bathroom with up to 5 people, minor communication delays clarifying details of listing. Nice surprise: There is a 24-hour food court just across the road in the Crown, making 1 AM refreshers a breeze.
