Our house Manager "Lavinia" lives two blocks from the villa, she will welcome you at arrival and is available for any assistance during your stay. She can assist with any villa requirements, Chef onsite, pre-arrival shopping, restaurants tips and bookings, Tours, Activities& Transport, you name it. Lavinia is half Irish, half Dutch, speaks fluent English, Dutch, Flemish & French. She also runs a small tour business hence is happy & well equipped to take you out on a great day. Once your Airbnb booking is confirmed, Lavinia can coordinate with you directly via email to create a lovely itinerary for you if you wish.

During our winter special till end September 2017, kindly note for all bookings less then 3 nights we charge an addition 50 euro per person / per night when above 6 guests.
This only applies if you are more then 6 guests and only staying min 3 nights.
Kindly note there is a new home being built next door. It is due to be completed by the end of May 2017 and the main building works are now completed. This means the loudest noise is behind us. There may be days that some noise can be heard or workers are seen on site, although we have had no complaints to date from guests throughout the works.
GUESTS MUST KNOW:
-Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Failure to comply may result in charges being incurred by the tenant to remove smoke odour from the property. No cigarette butts can be thrown off the balcony. Please use the ash trays provided
-Pls also make sure when you leave the house all the doors and windows are closed. The tenant* will be financially responsible for anything stolen from the property due to not arming the premises and/or not closing and/or not locking all doors and windows.
-We understand that accidents happen. But we do ask that you please let us know when they do. Chances are we can fix them as effortlessly as possible which also means better chances of having your full security deposit returned to you.
-No large parties or events (above 18-20 people) are allowed, If you do wish to conduct a party then pls advise us upfront so we can share with you our conditions. Please be respectful towards the house, neighbors and soften the music after 10 pm.
-Conditions of Occupancy: It is a condition of occupancy that the owner will not be held responsible for loss or damage of any property brought on to the premises, whether arising from fire, theft or from any other cause and by whomsoever caused, or arising from the negligence (gross or otherwise) or wrongful act of any person in the employ of the owner.
-Overnight occupation is strictly according to the number of persons as per the reservation contract.
-Please do not leave children unattended. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the swimming pool area. The owners do not accept liability for any incident related to the swimming pool as this area is not childproof.
-We kindly ask that you switch off lights and the A/C or heating when it’s not in use or leaving the house. Mother nature thanks you too.
