Renovations will be completed in spring 2016 and will provide our guests 3 bedrooms close to the beach providing comfort and style. Pictures will be updated as renovations are completed.

Renovations will be completed in the spring of 2016 and photos will be posted upon completion. This 3 bedroom cottage will be newly decorated providing comfort and style to our guests. It can be rented with PineVilla and HavaRest to accomodates groups of up to 22 people.

Entire cottage.

My wife and I will be at our store on Main Street where we can assist our guests to help make your vacation amazing!

Walk to the beach in 2 minutes. Drive to main street in 4 minutes. Walk to small grocery stores, ice cream shops and the river as well as a riverside patio in under 10 minutes. Rent canoes, PWC, SUP, kayaks or go fishing... all close by.

Very safe to walk and ride bikes.

Sauble Cottage Rentals Rental Agreement

NO PETS ALLOWED EXCEPT AS DISCUSSED IN ADVANCE.

NO SMOKING IN COTTAGE

Please read this Rental Agreement and respond that you agree so that I can confirm your reservation. There is a damage deposit of $300.00 required in cash on arrival and it will be completely refunded at the end of the tenancy as long as the property is returned in the same condition as when rented. Costs for breakage, damage or cleaning will be taken out of this deposit. Cleaning costs are $50.00 per hour. The cottage has a maximum number of occupants. The number of persons approved for tenancy will appear on this document and may vary from the following guidelines. The number of occupants submitted through Airbnb must be adhered to throughout the rental period. Additional persons will result in a $100.00 per night per person charge, or immediate eviction of occupants as appropriate and decided by the landlord. No overnight guests permitted unless discussed in advance with landlord.
Rules & Regulations
1. Check in time is 3:00 pm on first day of occupancy / Check out time is 11:00 am on final day of occupancy. 2. Quiet time after 11:00 pm, to abide by all posted rules by landlord as well as Federal, Provincial, and Municipal laws and by-laws. Loud noise / music will result in police being called by landlord and or immediate eviction. 3. Alcohol must be kept on cottage property (Provincial Law) 4. No trailers or tents on site unless agreed upon with landlord. 5. You are responsible for damages done while you are occupying the cottage (e.g. broken furniture, torn window screens must be repaired, broken glass/dishes must be replaced. 6. Landlord will not be responsible for items left at premises upon checking out. 7. Check to make sure all taps and toilets are not dripping or running. This causes the water pump to work constantly and fail, resulting in no water. 8. No sanitary napkins or disposable diapers flushed down the toilets. We are on a septic system and this will cause the system to plug. 9. No grease or food flushed down the sink. 10. Please conserve water. We are on a well and excessive use could cause a total water shortage. Please flush toilets conservatively, and practice water conservation when showering, brushing teeth and washing dishes. 11. Garbage day is Monday (1bag per cottage) 12. Please keep unit neat and tidy. Clean daily (cleaning supplies are provided). 13. Campfires are to be done in the fire pit ONLY. An adult must supervise campfires at ALL times. 14. Please bring bottled water for drinking! We test the water regularly, but Sauble Beach residents are on septic / holding tanks and water contamination may be possible. 15. All cottages are non-smoking. 16. NO FIREWORKS ARE PERMITTED ON PROPERTY. Before you checkout the cottage will be inspected by the landlord or agent. Please be sure to do the following; A. Fridge / stove dishwasher and microwave must be cleaned, dishes washed and dried and placed in the cupboard. B. All garbage disposed of and removed from property. (take with you) C. Leave B.B.Q clean D. All surfaces dusted, and wiped clean. E. Floors swept & vacuumed F. Sinks, toilet, tub and showers cleaned G. Any other cleaning as required. As well, please clean the yard, fire pit and all other areas used by guest.

I am married to Leah for 24 years. We have lived and taught high school around the world, including Canada, The Bahamas, Egypt, U.A.E. and Singapore. We have been renting vacation cottages in Sauble for 6 years and our guests love the comfort and style we provide as well as our insight to activities in the area.
