Two minutes walk on to the Mount Lavinia Beech with it's many restaurants and Bars then take a stroll along the beech to the famous Mount Lavinia Hotel. Four minutes the other way and you are on Galle Road with easy access to Banks, Supermarkets, International Fast food, Hotels ,Pools .

Lounge diner and balcony with side sea view. Two bedrooms with balconies with side sea views. Fully equipped kitchen for self catering. Master bedroom with en-suite. Sat TV & wi fi internet. Cleaner comes once a week to do the general cleaning and change towels and linen( for stays up to a month only). Own Parking space and 24 hour security with cameras. No one enters without your ok.
Stand by generator and Lift.

Easy access to the beech and use of the roof top party area. Please note that building management requires a returnable cleaning deposit for the use of the roof top.
Wheel chair access available.

You can call the apartment manager any time regarding any queries you may have. Manager and his assistant will meet guests on arrival and give their contact numbers and hand over the keys.
They will give the Wi-Fi Network name and Password.

Mostly the beech and the restaurants with it's friendly people.

Four minutes walk on to the Galle road for Tuc-Tuc's, busses to Colombo city 8 km away or connect you to go any where in Sri Lanka and Dehiwala Railway Station Five minutes Tuc-tuc ride away.

We do not allow pets and would be happy if you smoked only on the balconies and the roof top.

Born in Sri Lanka; lived in the UK since 1969.
Married to to a great lady named Daythi and we have two wonderful sons, all grown up.
Best of all we have two beautiful Grand children; 3 year old girl and a 1 and a 1/2 year old boy.
We like to visit Sri Lanka as often as possible.
