Large 2 story with 3 sunny bedrooms and 2 & 1/2 baths in quiet area exclusively for Airbnb guests. First bedroom has full bath en suite. 2nd bedroom also has full bath en suite, but shares bath w/3rd bedroom. 24 hr easy check-in with keyless entry. (New code each guest.) Fully furnished kitchen w/all appliances. New washer/dryer in laundry closet. Close to downtown, Rupp Arena, UofK, Ky Horse Park, Keeneland, I-75, restaurants+shopping. Off street parking+Garage w/remote.

Newly furnished and family friendly, this duplex has plenty of room for six guests. Three bright and cheery bedrooms upstairs. Master bedroom is large and has a new queen bed and private bathroom. "Pack n play" crib and baby monitor available on request. :) Spacious second bedroom has queen bed and a full bath attached as well. Third bedroom is smaller and has a full bed. On the main floor there is a fully furnished kitchen with dishwasher, range, disposal, blender, microwave, toaster, coffemaker, and all cookware, utensils to prepare your own meals during your stay. By the kitchen is a dining area with seating for six plus two counter stools and large living room with TV and a half bath. The french door opens to a small private patio in backyard. The is a one car attached garage with a remote to use during your stay. Just off the kitchen is a small laundry room with brand new washer and dryer.

You will have the full left side of the duplex incuding the attached garage with remote.

I live in Lexington and am available by phone/text for anything you might need. I'm happy to advise on local sights, restaurants, shopping etc.

This is a neighborhood street of duplexes with families, college students etc. so it can be quite active with children out playing or residents going to and from school and work. It is usual to have a lot of cars parked on the street but there is off street parking for two cars in the driveway of our place. It is quiet at night. Large park and lake nearby (5 minutes drive) (Jacobson Lake/Park) as well as huge selection of restaurants and shopping on nearby Richmond road and in Hamburg shopping area (5 minutes drive).

If you didn't bring or rent a car, no worries—Uber is just a quick tap of the app away; there's also a Lextran bus stop less than a block away. If you take the bus to the transit center you are in walking distance of everything downtown has to offer.

Keeneland Race Track - 15 minutes
Commonwealth Stadium/UK - 10 minutes
Kentucky Horse Park - 20 minutes
Shriner's Hospital - 7 minutes
St. Joseph Hospital East - 3 minutes

There is a full-time resident in the attached home next door so please be respectful and not too loud.

Please feel free to contact me for dining or sight seeing suggestions!

1. No smoking inside the property, please. If you smoke outside please properly dispose of butts.

2. No additional guests unless owner is notified.

3. No pets.

4. Nothing should be removed from the property without the owner's knowledge. Please return anything you use to its original place.

5. Lock all doors each time you leave the property, and upon your final departure.

6. This is a peaceful property—please observe reasonable noise limits. :)

7. Place dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and all used towels in the bath tubs in the upstairs bathrooms when you depart (so the housekeeper will know which to launder).

8. Please park in the driveway in front of the first (left side) garage or on the street; do not park in the driveway on the right as that belongs to the full time resident on the other side of duplex.
