We have two beautiful and very comfortable apartments in the same building great for big family and groups. Special discount prices when you rent both and we offer very competitive monthly rates.
Located on 22nd Street and 8th ave. This FULLY RENOVATED one bedroom apartment features through chef's kitchen including granite counters, cherry-wood counters, window in kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. Beautiful NEW hardwood floor.


This architecturally unique townhouse in the heart of Chelsea offers a wonderful south facing garden view and lots of storage. The smartly renovated kitchen, with its black granite countertops and great appliances, flows perfectly out to the custom banquet through a generous pass through. Custom design details like natural brick in the kitchen, a unique custom storage and cabinetry set this one bedroom apart. The bedroom comfortably holds a full size bed with plenty of room for a cozy home office. Steps away from the subway and Chelsea's restaurants, shopping and recreation, this distinctive one bedroom is a real gem. This is a non-smoking building.

On the first floor (US) of this building, just off 8th Avenue in Chelsea, is a cozy large junior one bedroom with kitchen/dining area, but no actual living room. provide an additional full size sofa bed (the bed and sofa bed provides a firm mattress if you prefer we have a mattress pad that ad an extra level of comfort and support to a mattress or the sofa bed); These beds are suitable for small children, adults and teens.

Air-conditioned, with internet and cable TV.

Sleeps up to four, no smoking, please.

No minimum stay.

• Treat our home with respect and leave it organized as you found it.
• Please let me know if anything is amiss or breaks--I aim to resolve such matters right away.
• Do not host visitors of any kind. All guests must be verified and cleared by the owner.
• No pets allowed, sorry.
• No smoking in the house or on the premises. If guests smoke in the premises they will be immediately evicted and charged a $250 fee (or more if it is warranted) to clean up the smoke odor.
• Must be quiet after 11 pm; we live in a residential neighborhood.
• Do not pick up the chihuahuas. :) Let them come to you, please.
•No loud parties or gatherings allowed.
•Return anything you borrow.
•If you break it, you pay for it.
•We are not responsible for injuries, accidents, losses or anything that might happen to you while staying here.
•Help us to conserve energy & keep our prices low, when you leave the place, turn off all lights, fan, heat & A/C.
•All extra services have to be paid in cash before check out.
•Drug use in New York is illegal, if you choose to go against the law; you are solely responsible for it.

Chelsea has it all – nightlife, art, shopping, and recreation at the Piers. And, of course, a happening gay scene. No wonder those enormous luxury rental buildings have sprung up all over the neighborhood. With them have come more families and an Olive Garden (New Yorkers say they’re too cool for the Olive Garden, but that place is packed every night).

RENTAL POLICY: Our properties is a family‐oriented rental firm. As a result, rentals will only be entered into with adults over the age of 21.

Guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a guest at least 21 years old. Rentals entered into under false pretense or in violation of this restriction will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of the entire rental payment, including reservation advance rent deposit.

HOUSE RULES: Upon arrival, please take note of our house rules which will give you instructions on garbage removal, phones, parking, etc. They will also contain important safety information

Check-in and Payment
In order to ensure smooth check-in, please let us know by email about a week in advance what time you will be arriving, where (airport or train station). You may send the email as soon as your itinerary becomes available and we will keep the information on file. Please understand that this input from you is essential so that we know when to expect you.
When you arrive at the airport or train station, you may call our representative at (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) (Marcel) and he will meet you at the apartment. If you are driving to the City, please give us a call about one-two hours before your expected arrival time.
Apartments are ready for check-in after 3:00 PM.
Please note that the trip from either airport to Manhattan usually takes about 45 minutes. For transportation options, see the bottom of this information brochure.
All apartment charges are payable in US currency upon arrival. Please indicate your payment preference no later than check-in, you may authorize us to charge your credit card on file or use a different card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express), pay with cash, postal or bank money orders, or traveler's check. Please let us know no later than check-in if you need a formal receipt or invoice for your expenses so that we can prepare one for you by the time you leave.

Please note that the apartments are not guaranteed without a credit card deposit. Rates are subject to change.


Your suite is a private, residential apartment. It is strictly against our policy and the policy of the building owners for guests to create excessive noise, throw a party of more than 2 guests, or conduct any professional business that produces noticeable traffic. If you are considering such activity please check with us first in writing. There may be an acceptable way to help you accomplish your goals.
However, by ignoring these rules you will be asked to leave the suite - without a refund- and may be fined up to $(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN).

Great place to stay. Very clean, perfect location. Note that this is in the basement of the building with little or no daylight, access is directly from outside.

Hugo's place is perfect for easy going travelers. We were a bit surprised to find out it was a basement unit, but it ended up being rather nice since the apartment stayed very cool even in the 90° weather we experienced while in New York. The location is to die for though. Right of the 23rd St stop on the ACE subway line, it's incredibly easy to get around everywhere. Check in was fast and easy. I would definitely stay here again.

The place was exactly as described and the location is wonderful! Grocery stores and restaurants very near by, it is between 2 subway stops, and lovely neighborhood.

We do not recommend this place nor do we recommend the host. The reason for that is: 1. We rented a street level apartment, it was that or elevators. Any other arrangement was not going to work for us. When we arrived, we were taken to a 4th floor walk up! 2. We immediately let the host know this was not what we rented. We were told they were going to look at the calendar to see when the original was going to be free or that we could get a compensation, or that we could find another place. 3. Later on the day when we called and there still was no solution, we were told we could stay overnight while he talked to "the office" and see if we could get two nights free of charge as compensation. We did look for more listings in Chelsea in buildings that had elevators, or where we did not have to climb stairs and would be within our budget. If you have used Airbnb you know that takes time, even days because they are not always available for your dates, etc. We spent considerable amount of time looking for other listings instead of enjoying our day in New York as it should have been. 4. We were told to spend the night at the apartment, there was going to be a resolution the next day. I can assure everyone that we were always polite, accommodating, understanding. We don't like to argue or fight even if it's our right, and we are firm believers that with respect and a smile you can always get the best out of people. Having said that, the next morning we called the host to see what was going to be done and he started in not very good terms to say the least, that he has been living in New York for 30 years and We were lying that we could not get a new rental. We did try other neighborhoods like Flatiron. He proceeded to tell me that he could not get a better deal for us from "the office" and that were free to leave and would be given a full refund, I just had to call Airbnb for that. 5. Since this was a conversation over the phone, we asked him to please send that in writing so we would not have any problems with Airbnb. He went crazy! He started to tell us that since the beginning we started making a huge deal out of the situation (we did not but who wouldn't?). After that, in messages that we already shared with Airbnb, he continued to tell us that we were the worst, we were dishonest, that he did not want to commicate with people like us, that they are honest and we are not! Reverse psychology! 6. In short, we moved to a hotel, tried to communicate with Airbnb for hours and gave up, believing that all our money was going to...
