Freshly painted, this one bedroom apartment features abundant windows, storage, and new carpeting throughout. Ice cold Air Conditioning units in both the living room and bedroom. Separate soaking tub and glass shower enclosure in the bathroom. Reserved parking for up to two vehicles! This option is hard to top!

Charming top floor, corner apartment with no shared walls! Features a large kitchen with alternate entrance. Abundant closet and storage space, high-speed wifi internet and Cable TV included.

Guests have full access to the residences and coin-operated washer and dryer on premises.

We have a team of two to help answer questions and coordinate all logistics with the reservation, arrival, and throughout the stay.

Lively neighborhood, friendly neighbors, centrally located to all of Los Angeles! 24-hour Starbucks, Trader Joes, City Target, the world's largest Ralph's Fresh Fare grocery store, myriad restaurants, movie theaters, Whole Foods, CVS, Rite-Aid, all wireless carrier stores, just a pleasant walk from the property.

Westwood is a west LA hub for public transportation, you can get anywhere. Flyaway bus to and from LAX $10 each way. Metro Rapid, Big Blue Bus, and other bus lines all operate within a short walk from the residence. ZipCars located one block away, and the area is dense with UBER / Lyft options.

The apartment was very clean, spacious, and close to UCLA. It was a great location for visiting UCLA for a research trip and nearby bus services made traveling out of Westwood convenient as well. Jules was a great host - he communicated all the necessary information and was very responsive to my questions. I would definitely recommend this location for anyone traveling to Westwood or UCLA for college visits or business.

Location to campus and parking were good. Pictures accurately depict the apt. Otherwise did not have the best experience. Never met the host. Arrived at 6:30PM, someone still cleaning. Checkout was for 12:00PM three days later, four other people show up at 10:30AM. In between, got multiple texts about colleague needing to take an extra mattress out for another unit, then they wouldn't come. Ultimately they came when I was out. Don't think there was any malice, the host seemed like a nice person by text, and was generally communicative just was extremely disorganized. Probably best geared toward undergraduates. Still giving three stars because place was large and easily walkable to campus, and the host seemed nice, even if disorganized; first time I haven't given five stars on airbnb.

Jules is a very considerate and approachable host. He was flexible with check-in and check-out times. His apt is close to UCLA, convenient and clean.

Jules ensured that all went off without a hitch during my one week stay at this apartment. The apartment is super convenient to UCLA and Westwood Village. The neighborhood, despite a large student population, was quiet and enjoyable. Would stay again!
