Welcome to this beautiful apartment near the sea located in a residential complex in Platja de Gandia. It sleeps 6 people.

The exteriors are communal and consist of a chlorinated pool of 15 x 8 m with a depth ranging from 1.6 to 2.1 m, and some deck-chairs. The apartment has a private terrace furnished with a table and chairs.

This 75 m2 apartment, situated on the fourth floor with lift, has three bedrooms, two twin’ and one double with an en suite bathroom with bathtub. A cot and a high chair are available on request. There is another bathroom with bathtub that serves the entire house.

The welcoming living-dining features two sofas, two armchairs, a coffee table, a TV, a dining table and chairs. The separate kitchen, with a glass-ceramic hob, is fully equipped. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

No pets allowed at the property.

Swimming pool open from June 15 to September 15, from 10 am to 10.30 pm.

The house and its facilities are totally private. We’ll leave bed linen and bath towels for you (beach towels are not available).

Any time of year is perfect to visit Gandia Beach with its great location and enviable weather. Gandia´s beaches have seven kilometres of coast with fine white sand which is a pleasure to walk along, and crystal clear water to cool the hot summer days. You can enjoy the Platja del Nord with its three-kilometre Neptune Promenade, where you can take long walks by the sea and discover food, entertainment and leisure amenities (including a sports club on the sands). The Platja de L'Ahuir is a quieter beach and if a naturist style appeals, try the Platja nudist area. Or you can lose yourself in the charm of the Platja de Rafalcaid. On Sunday afternoon you can go to the market with its wide range and interesting stalls.

If you like nature you must visit the Ullal de L'Estany, one of the springs that feed the marsh of Gandia. Its fresh water comes from the nearby mountains and emerges from the ground next to the Alquería (farmhouse) del Duc.

You might also enjoy the Route of the Monasteries that runs through the central regions of Valencia joining five former convents and monasteries, where you can visit the Duke´s Palace.

And if there is time to enjoy more of Valencia you have the fine modern area of the city including the Museum of Arts and Sciences, the Oceanogràfic (oceanarium) or the area´s best amusement park, the Terra Mítica, in Benidorm.
